I just took my daughter's car over to Bobby's auto shop in vero beach, and I'm very impressed with the service and professionalism, few months ago a took my daughter's Honda civic to brake city shop in sebastian Florida, and I got RIPPED off , but not only that, the car still didn't get fixed right, and Bobby's auto service told me that was a leak in the axle and still has the annoying noise, they told me to take the car back to them to fix it right. Bobby's auto service didn't charge me anything ,the analyses and put the car up and should me that the problem needs to be fixed, Thank you Bobby's auto service , I wouldn't go anywhere else after this great experience with Bobby's auto service.

I had been robbed and police are still investigating. I have been abused and bought a car that can’t add air to tires. Bobby said he would help me and he did help me with all 4 tires needed air and I was so nervous and they were great. I am so grateful for Bobby’s! Thanks so much I am so thankful for them.

We have used Bobbys Automotive for years in Vero Beach off 82nd ave. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! We originally got an estimate to do car repairs approx. 2 months ago. We were quoted for spark plugs and coil packs because the truck was misfiring. We picked up the truck today and they only changed the plugs which by the way was 610.00. The coil packs were not changed and basically it was 38.00 a plug . We set this appointment 2 weeks ago and they were supposed to call back with a price. I called again to confirm the appointment and was told someone named marshal would call me back . So no call and I had to go by in person on Friday and was told a price and it was the same as what we were quoted. Today after we dropped off the truck we got a call and the price was going to be more because he did not realize that there were 16 spark plugs. Okay it wasn't much more so we agreed . Today we picked it up and the truck is still misfiring and the check engine light was on. We called and he said oh no they did not change them and in fact were not going to make it right. I have been using them for years to take care of both of our vehicles . I will let everyone know from now on that this is defiantly not a place to take your car. If Bobby had been there this would not have happened. I am sorry to have to write this but that was taking advantage of an older person and I do not want to have this happen to anyone else.

Bobby's Auto is the best auto service center I've ever experienced! Everyone there is courteous, attentive, very knowledgeable, and professional. Every time I go in they exceed my expectations in every category. If I can't do it myself, I take it to Bobby's Auto. Thank you!

They are always pleasant over the phone and in person. Honest with their opinion if it were their car what they would do and what could wait to be done. When on a budget, they understand. Love going to this place. I feel secure being a woman that they are not taking advantage of me.

I have had my vehicle serviced at Bobby's previously and was very happy with each service provided. Sadly my vehicle could not be saved this time and the most I can hope for is a good scrap price to ease my heart ache and apply it to my next aquisition
