This is the best program out there. I have been a follower of Shannon Simms for 5 years now. It started with yoga. I have learned so much from her. I frequent the course and always learn and try something new each time. It helps get me on track and lose weight too. I hope more people catch on to what she has investigated and learned. It's quite eye-opening.

I organized an aerial yoga class with a few coworkers for some team bonding time. It was all of our first time, but Shannon made us all very comfortable and gave us individual attention to ensure we could do everything safely. We had a great time getting out and doing something different, and Shannon made this an awesome experience for us. I'll definitely go back for aerial yoga or try another class! Thank you, Shannon!

What an incredibly educational and eye-opening class! Shannon shares so much knowledge and tools with her students to help them eat healthier and feel better. Well worth the time and money! I can't wait to take it again!

Ive been taking classes from Shannon for about a year ---- both yoga and private fitness classes and Im looking forward to starting aerial classes soon. I can honestly say that I have learned more from Shannon in 1 year than anyone else Ive studied under. Shannon understands the workings of the human body and how to maximize every move in a way that is most beneficial to each individual. She's kind and gentle and has that rare ability to make one want to perform at her very best!!

It was a wonderful class...Not much I would change ...expect I'm not real techy...and I didn't know all the extras that were available for me ...It's a lot...but I finally learned where all the extra information was located about 1/2 through the class...Wonderful class...so much information...I feel so much better even after 21 days.. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated all the information and help ....Whenever I needed help Shannon was there to answer my question...Thanks again Shannon...

This is my second time taking The 21-Day Body Reboot course. The first time, I became more aware of reading labels on food items, among many other helpful things. This time it seems there was so much more. It's definitely not a class just to lose weight but to be more conscientious about what we're eating and drinking so we can be healthier. I have a great notebook with all the resources you offered from the first class and this latest class. I've referred to it several times and will continue to do so in the future. Beach yoga was the BEST way to start the morning. Shannon led our private class so well. She made us all feel comfortable, encouraged and relaxed. I left class feeling so at peace!

I completed Shannon's 21 Day Reboot program last week and I absolutely loved it! I highly recommend this to everyone - not just if you want to lose weight. It is so much more than that (even though I'm sure you will lose weight ?). I said several times that it's comparable to a college course on nutrition (in 21 days) and wellness with all the scientific reasons why our bodies and mind respond a certain way to food, environment, sleep, blood types and so much more. I have always been interested in nutrition and fitness -I've taken a college nutrition class- and thought I knew a lot. I learned A LOT. I also consider myself very healthy and eat very healthy but there's so much more to why things happen that I did not know. When we understand the why, I think we're more likely to stick with it. All of it is practical information that you can adopt at your own pace. It will be worth your time and effort to take this course. And you have the videos and PDFs, etc. for life! Thank you, Shannon!! It's truly a remarkable program, I believe for everyone.

Outstanding! I am not someone who like to work out so i look for non-traditional avenues to keep me interested. I found a great option. Shannon is such a caring, informative, fun instructor and the classes are fantastic. Challenging but doable and literally the best stretch of my life. I cant do without these classes now!!!!!

The 21-day reboot was such an eye-opener for me. Shannon is very knowledgeable in nutrition and a great teacher. There were videos, articles to read, and live Zoom meetings. I have a whole new attuite on the way I eat.
