VERY UNDERSTAFFED!! Only one who was able to actually help us was kind woman named Valeria she gets 5 STARS! she was doing like 5 jobs at once poor girl. Otherwise BOA thinking of leaving.

Go in and deposit a check told it would clear today by 5pm called bank at 4:53 told it would be clear at 5 so still has not cleared. Once my money clears I will be removing my money and only use it to deposit work checks and withdraw right away because they allow anyone to take money out when you put a stop to it but still allow it to happen will be opening with another bank or just run with cash

Worst service!!! No one answers the phone!!!Only 2 tellers for a 20 person line. Absolutely horrible!!! Then they LIE and say they value our business!!! They don’t care about customers whatsoever!!!

The bank does not answer the phone or return calls! They do not know how to handle simple deposit. First they deposited the funds to a wrong account number, once corrected it still did not show up to my account. They kept telling me everything was fine, when they finally called the main office they found out they did not make the deposit correctly!! Very disappointed in the customer service !!

Extremely friendly and professional staff. It's always good to be able to talk to and conduct banking business with a live person (especially for the older generation).

I received Paradigm language center services back in 2020. I enjoyed their lessons, teachers were very friendly. Wish them best of luck. Next time I will get IELTS Courses of them

Wow. Never been talked to so rudely by someone who has no idea what they're talking about. I've worked in banking you vapid woman. The dark haird thing working the business counter is a joke. You need to train your clowns better. Now wonder BOA is the WORST rated bank in the area.

I have not had any problems with anyone at this bank. I do think they could use one more teller but thats about the only problem I’ve had there. I try to do as much as possible online. The people complaining about a fee to cash a check is because they do not have an account at Bank of America. The other big bank does the same thing to non account holders.

If there was a lower star it would be noted! Rude Rude! From the minute you walk in to the minute you walk out! Plus they charge $8,00 to cash a check on there bank! Run run to Wells Fargo across the street with no fees! And they are very friendly! 2nd trip to the bank of the worse! The reason they do not have a name tag is because how can you report someone…. When everyone is in black…. Everyone has black hair… Bank of the living dead! ;(

I've always been happy with BOA. I travel a lot and it is so convenient to have branch locations EVERYWHERE! Today, I must say that I had such an amazing experience dealing with some of my husband's banking. The Manager Jessica is so sweet every time I see her and everyone in this particular location is amazing and so helpful to us. My husband is disabled, and Elissia Stockard really took her time with him and made sure he understood everything. She went above and beyond for us, and she just lights up the room with her customer service. I cannot say enough, how grateful I am to her for being so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Having to deal with brain injuries and anything like this, you really need to be able to trust your financial advisors. I am so grateful to Elissia!!! I hope that anyone who's had a bad experience gives them another chance. Everyone has a bad day, but just ask for Elissia! You won't regret it! if you need a manager, ask for Jessica because I guarantee you, she will take care of your issue. I am absolutely giving her information to any and everyone I know. Especially my business partners. THANK YOU AGAIN ELISSIA!!! You made my husband's day and my life very easy. 10 out of 10!!!!!
