I had an amazing experience with Jason and Neville today. Jason went out of his way to help me with putting in my break fluid. He also advised me on what I should do because it's leaking. Then he helped me get everything I needed to get my oil change done. They are a very pleasant bunch and I felt confident that I had everything that I needed.

Jessica Jones!!! What an awesome person to have on your team AutoZone. She was able to help my friend and I find everything we were looking for! Even some of the parts we did not know we really needed. She was nothing but smiles and had a great happy and positive attitude. Thanks for all your help!!!

I visited Auto Zone at 10:54 am on March 28, 2024, to purchase a new TPMS. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience due to the front staff's attitude. While I understand that everyone has off days, the staff member's perfunctory demeanor was noticeable as he took my order and asked for my phone number.
Moreover, the lack of explanation regarding the process for picking up the parts or receiving notifications about their arrival added to the frustration. Considering that Auto Zone is one of the leading auto parts stores in the US, it's surprising that such basic customer services are overlooked.
The following day, when I returned to pick up the parts without receiving any notice of their arrival, another staff member asked if I was Jose, referring to the name on the receipt. Of course, I am not Jose. I was informed that I couldn't receive the parts. It's disappointing that the staff yesterday didn't check my name against their customer database to avoid such issues. I strongly suggest that the owner of this store provides proper training to their staff to ensure better service for customers. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience

Rob Nickolls provided the most professional auto parts service I have ever had, at no charge he replaced my hood support parts correctly and efficiently even as it began raining. Thank You Rob, I will definitely keep using Auto Zone as my go to parts store.

I recently visited AutoZone to have my car checked due to the engine light being on. While I appreciate the assistance provided by Jason, I noticed that he appeared to have a less than enthusiastic attitude or perhaps wasn't fully prepared for the day. Jason promptly grabbed a device to check my car, went outside to plug it in, and then returned inside to connect it to the computer. However, during this process, he seemed distracted by his personal cell phone and even dismissed a call on the store phone. Additionally, when another associate approached him with a question, he appeared annoyed. It was evident that Jason wasn't in the best mood to work today. Unfortunately, he informed me that I should visit a mechanic shop as the device wasn't providing specific codes. I felt dismissed by his response. Had Jason been in a more positive and helpful mindset, I would have been more inclined to purchase the necessary parts to restore my car's functionality.

Originally I purchased some fluids from this AutoZone. After discovering that, I did not need the fluids. I came back to return them. was helped by the parts manager. His name was Larry. Larry was a great guy. Very professional made the process very easy and I’m very happy to have met Larry as someone who goes to AutoZone on a regular basis when it comes to car mechanics in car maintenance. I always love interacting with people like Larry, thank you Larry I will always be back to this AutoZone.
