Can have lots of dust. Treadmills are sometimes gross. But other than that is a great facility.

Nice gym, well-equipped. Could be cleaner. But the TV's on almost all of the cardio machines are broken - some have terrible reception with big interference bars running through picture and some had no picture at all. Mamager told me they had no plans to fix them.

The gym is great. Good size. Good variety. Knocked off two stars because the bathrooms are shared bathrooms for men and women and they are absolutely disgusting. Also I didn't even know the trainer or manager on staff worked there until I was about to leave. He was mean mugging and there was no greeting nor good-bye .

Fantastic gym and even better people. Lots of equipment and location is great for me. Jody is a great trainer and will help you reach your goals. Some before gym and after. Yes I may have been happier with the bass. Lol

Pros: - 24hs facility- A lot of equipment( cardio, weights, bars, etc)-Offer training services- Powerlifting club-Showers in bathrooms -vending machine with snacks, drinks, and items we may need (ex headphones)Cons: -good luck finding anything to do when it's busy. This is the only gym members don't like to work in and share equipment with others. Maybe they do and it's just me being awkward, but everyone seems focused on themselves and getting out asap. Honestly, can't blame them either if it's hard to find something in one of those busier times of day.-they don't have enough weights. I find myself looking for extra weights people aren't using in other rooms. This problem increases with busier times of course.- although they have a lot of equipment for their members, they might only have 1 of that item. So if someone is using it (or more often then not didn't put it away) I spend more time in my workout looking for items then actually using it.- this is the messiest gym I've ever been apart of, hands down! It's all members, not just old or young, it's all of them- weights leaning against walls, or left on equipment ( are you still using that or being too lazy to put the weights away) Again, this messiness leads to looking for items because nothing is put back( it's worse on the weekends!) the ladies clean every morning and staff does their best, but members definitely need to take responsibility and some staff could do more instead of working out ( get your lift in, by all means, but you're at your job) It's a safety issue.- the trainers in the morning "save" equipment for their person they're working with. They put a little sign that says "in use". I've asked to work in and they say they're using it for they're member. It's annoying because you should know more than most working there the gym courtesy of sharing equipment, especially at busy times. Would I recommend this facility yes and no, it depends on your goals. If you're needy something flexible with your schedule, yes- 24 h.Prices? Mid-higher level in town Location? Not many gyms in south Vero/north ft pierce so a possible option. This gym works for me right now, but I will probably change in the future just because the cons for me matter a lot.

The staff is great, and the atmosphere is good(everyone is there for the same reason), unlike other gyms.

It's difficult to share sufficiently without sounding like a sycophant. We've been going here for about 4 months. The two weeks we traveled over the holidays were, with a single exception (to a location with newer, but not as many, machines), without workouts.YOW did it make itself evident on our return. Strength and comfort both suffered. However, we've now been back twice, and most of the pain is gone, and we resume our workouts. This is the first time in almost 60 years I've spent any time in a gym, so I had a LOT of catching up to do.The staff, and the not-employee trainers, and our co-self-abusers (well, or body builders, if you like that term better) are all delightful. We've made many friends there (literally; none have had any contact with us on our or their parts), and we really look forward to going our 4x weekly (we do upper and lower body work on separate days, with Wednesday and weekends off, so each group gets 2 or 3 days' rest between sessions) workouts. If there's a question of how to achieve something, or exactly how to adjust a machine, both the trainers and the staff are right there to help.We very much enjoy going, and benefit hugely. Nice people, nice place, world-class trainers.
