Have been visiting this store for years. Everyone is usually helpful but Priscila went above & beyond. She politely came and introduced herself, when she said she could help me with anything she meant it. After describing the type of blouse I preferred she looked for and found the perfect one! Hope she’s there for the long run!

I am a big fan of Anne Taylor. For me they have the right mix of business casual clothes that I like for work. The outlet store, is a total win win situation. All of the clothes are discounted plus they often have sales on top of the discounts. I have been to the Sawgrass store but I really enjoyed this store more. This store is a little smaller but there is still plenty of merchandise. It is also quieter. Plus it is so much neater and cleaner! When I walked in several sales people immediately asked if they could help me. One walked around with me for a bit but I really wanted to browse for a while and get the lay of the land. When I was finally ready to try on a few things Sherry started to help me and she was amazing. I ended up being at the store for three hours and Sherry could not have been more patient as she ran to get me different sizes and gave some great suggestions! It was like having a personal shopper! Sherry even worked with me at check out to determine how I could get the best discounts. The rest of the staff was very helpful as well! Sherry and the rest of the Anne Taylor staff, thank you so much for all of your help yesterday! If you like Anne Taylor, you will love this store.

I live in Vero Beach but I would rather drive to the Ann Taylor store at Dadeland in Miami than set foot in this outlet store again. I went in hoping to redeem my birthday coupon and left without even making a purchase. My coupon was treated with suspicion and the sales associate with the Monroe piercing kept hounding me about opening an Ann Taylor credit card (even before I could look around to see what I could use the coupon on, or even make my way to the checkout). She even went as far as telling me I could cancel my Loft card just to open an Ann Taylor card. Seriously?! I have worked in retail, so I understand sales and the goals associates are expected to hit, but this was just borderline harassment.
