We used Abbate Tile and Marble to replace all the countertops in our home. We worked with Maria in the office for the design and coordinating paint and tile. She has a great eye for putting those elements together for you. The install crew was José, Fabian, Nesto, Manny and John. We did have a glitch in the fabrication process but the owner, Vincent Abbate called us and we worked out a mutually beneficial solution. Kudos to all involved especially John. He really went out of his way to make the final product exactly what we wanted.

Poor workmanship. Poor customer service after final installation. Chips in quartzite at the faucet seam repaired with dark filler vs the previous matching filler and filler at all other seams.Obvious mistaken blade cut that is visible after backsplash installation. Poor polishing and sealing on all sections. Given the run around trying to have repair repaired and now Vinnie will not respond at all. Buyer beware.

Cannot get them to return a call to schedule an appointment to fix an unsatisfactory repair that had to be done after installation of quartzite in kitchen. Quartzite had sharp edged chips at seam at kitchen sink faucet. When it was repaired the guy used a dark gray filler vs the light one that was used on all other seams and were invisible. The surface of the slabs except at coffee bar, we're not polished very well. The dishcloths drags and snags so we had to find and buy a product to try and help the irritating situation. Due to this poor customer service we will not be contracting Abbate to place any of the backsplash and accents we had selected from them!

My husband and I had the best experience. I highly recommend their service. Thank you Maria Shane for helping us! PS: They told me the service would be done in 2 weeks, but in 1 week it was all installed. :)

Outstanding job on our bathroom remodel! They took their time showing my wife different tiles until she picked out the tile she was happy with and then took their time working with her on the design and layout. During the install I had questions and additional work which they handled without complaint or issue. I'm extremely particular, expect perfection from professionals and am rarely 100% satisfied which is why I gave gave 5 stars and took the time to write this review. We couldn't be more happy with the work done and will have them back to do the bathroom off of the pool.

I ordered tiles and my tile guy could not use some of them because they have some defects. I brought them back to the store and showed them to the manger, she refused to take them back. I will not do business with them anymore.
