My insurance agent, Eric Monsma, at the Vero Beach, FL location, was extremely helpful when it came to setting up my policy. He informed of areas where I could save money and warned me about areas where I shouldn't cut corners. He reviewed the policy with me in great detail. I feel I am in very capable hands when it comes to insurance. If you want an agent who is honest and informative, look no further than Eric Monsma.

We had such a bad experience with Jerry’s wrecker service and Mike’s wrecker service , they are companies related to triple AAA ..we didn’t know that until the moment the triple A told us they were prepared to tow our car we realized it was a tow truck from Mike’s instead of triple A’s… and one worker confirmed me that ,I still don’t understand why triple A make contract with such bad and horrible companies , me and my husband we had the worse experience there , the woman in front desk was beligerant and rude , I wish more people could know , the worse day in my life

We went into the Vero Beach AAA office and Eric Monsma waited on us. He started reviewing our Home Owner and Car insurance policies (which I don't know when or if that had ever been done) By doing this he suggested quite a few ways to save on our policies and this amounted to quite a bit of money. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We can't thank Eric enough for all his help. If anybody is looking for an excellent and experienced insurance agent we highly recommend Eric Monsma.

Vero aaa office...extremely rude, colleen who added my daughter to our policy printed the deck page ins card, congratulations. Two days later received telephone call from colleen AAA underwriting denied her...and said go back to state farm can't beat their price...we only had a quote from state farm, I returned to the office refuse to explain why write a policy and cancel her previous ins than without ins...when insisted to speak to add her...the office ins salespeople told me colleen told you..so please leave! Called Melbourne aaa office and was connected to Tampa office apologized and added the daughter's bmw...and added her 4.3 GPA and her previous geico ins...her 6 month premium $705.09
But added her 3 months later added the car $521.72
added her as a the driver of her car $369.30.
$891.02..ridiculous more than her 6 months premium $705.
AAA policy...
Not right...vero office would not explain and refused...Our 3 vehicles will select another ins company and as a member over 10 years.
