I had this company sub contracted by asurion to evaluate my portable AC unit for repair. I thought it a little unusual that they send the TV repair but hey who am I to argue with the insurance company. Friendly gentleman came to the house looked at my air conditioner and said there was an obstruction and that it was causing the leak. He failed to tell me what was causing the obstruction! There were two filters that I did not know about and he never told me they were there. I had to call the insurance company to find out what was wrong with the machine other than his explanation. He wanted to take it out to fix it but I said no because it was still working. All it needed was a simple cleaning and they couldn't even do that with a Phillips screwdriver on site. I cleaned it myself and it's working perfectly. Not leaking anymore. Friendly yes but as far as giving out information as to what's really wrong with it he did not. I do not recommend this company. This man is the absolute worst... He doesn't call back and never comes to your house to look at the TV just orders parts to your home and never actually comes to fix anything. Directv needs to do better. If I could give this company 0 stars I would've.

The comments speak for themselves! I purchased a stove through Home Depot and got insurance on it. When I needed the stove repaired, I had a service scheduled but they never came. When I contacted the company directly, the DISPATCHER he was very rude and stated that they came but no one was home. This is completely un-true and the reviews here will tell you that because many people had the same issue. He told me " you have no idea how many times I've heard your story". He was so rude on the phone and told me to call another day to see when they can come out. I only gave them 2 stars because the service personal who came and fixed the stove was nice. (name was Greg). I am now going to contact Home Depot to let them know about my experience with this company they have contracted with to provide service. They make Home Depot look bad. Horrible company.

I was assigned this company by Asurion to repair my microwave. Asurion said they would call me to confirm my appointment, and they never did. So I called A1 through the number given to me by Asurion, and no response. I call the next day about 3 times at different times, and no response. This continues for a week, and I can never get a hold of them to confirm my repair. That's when I contact Asurion again, and they end up reaching them to schedule an appointment. The appointment date comes, and this company does not show up. I then end up calling their phone number stating that they were scheduled to come to my house to repair my microwave unit and they say that I was never in their system. So I contact Asurion again and they end up scheduling a whole other appointment for the following week between 8:00 to 12:00 p.m. I get a confirmation number. That day comes again and they never show up. That is when I call the company again I say that they were schedule for a repair, And I say that I have the confirmation number and they look it up and they say we already repaired that unit. How did you repair my microwave if you never showed up to my house or never answered my calls? That is when I contact Asurion one last time, and Asurion tells me that the company contacted them saying that they followed through with their repair and that it was complete...when THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Wasted my time, and I requested another company be sent because I wasn't going to continue to put up with their BS.

I was introduced to these guys through my policy with Asurion - A1 quality tv is horrible - unreliable service, they schedule a time with you and never show up then reschedule and never show up again -always with excuses and shifting blame - I told Asurion I refuse to deal with A1 going forward - Asurion is working with me to get my tvrepaired elsewhere - I think Asurion is a good company but they need to terminate their use of quality tv in Vero as a repair center

Home Depot warranty repair (they only do insurance repairs). Had a dryer with a loud rattle that is getting worse. It was difficult get them to confirm the appointment. Tech showed up and would not even open the cover to inspect for the cause of the rattle. He said he would need supervisor approval to take the cover off and inspect the dryer and closed the claim 5 minutes later. This place is a complete scam and should be shut down. Do yourself a favor and ask you warranty company to give you someone else. Don't waste your time with this outfit.Service: Washer/dryer repair

The so called owner to this company (greg)has got to be the rudest I've ever dealt with. I only came into contact with him because of an asurion claim. He never came to my home to fix my TV. He closed the claim and acted as if he fixed it though! Thanks greg because I ended up getting a brand new TV today because of your arrogance ??? Absolutely terrible service! Poor communication, requests information over and over even though it's been provided. Never sent a tech even though we've been trying to get this appliance fixed for weeks.

Terrible company, not sure of the quality of their work as nothing was ever done. They are contracted through Assurion and Home Depot for appliance warranty repairs. It took them a month just to call me, they claimed they were going to have the parts mailed to my house to fix my stove without ever coming to look at it first, after another 2 weeks they called and said that they couldn't send the parts without checking it out first. Still never even been by to check the stove after another week I get a text and an email saying that the repair was finished and the claim was closed. I'm absolutely furious at this point so I contacted Assurion and explained to them what happened and demanded they send out another repair company, after a couple of days they sent an email claiming that A1 was the only repair company in my area (central Florida). They filed a new claim and said A1 would be in contact, another month and 0 response from A1. I don't understand how they can keep any kind of warranty repair contract with anyone. If Assurion or Home Depot or anyone else that uses them would just read these reviews they'd be stupid to allow them to continue doing this to people. Negative 5 stars!

Home Depot warranty service id through them.. what an unfortunate circumstance for Home Depot customers. They lack professionalism, do not keep appointments, make excuses and when confronted with the truth, they hang up on you. Dont just post your review, complain to the company who contracts them Home Depot in my case, they need to know how bad this company treats their customers.

this place sucks, don't use them.1. was supposed to be a warranty fix with home depot, they do not call you have to call them.2. they are lazy and did no want to come and look at fridge said wouldjust order the parts3. then lied and said it was because of a flood, it was not (power surge)so they denied the claim.4. so now 3 weeks later another claim and hopefully I will get a service company that actually wants to work.

This company is very unprofessional and scam artists. They were assigned by HomeDepot Appliance protection to repair my dryer. This company claimed to have shown up to my house for an appointment that I had no knowledge of. They never called to set up an appointment. They called after they supposedly showed up to my house. To say they missed us. I have cameras covering the entire front of my house no one ever showed up to my house and my husband and I were both home during the time they claimed that they were at my house. Do not do business with this company they are scam artists. The owner is rude and arrogant don’t waste your time with this company find anyone else .

The WORST company I’ve ever dealt with in my Entire life. They were assigned to fix my Tv July 15. I took off work & waited for them ALLLL day when they were scheduled to be here between 8-12, they never showed up. Then did not care & then RE SCHEDULED ME FOR SEPTEMBER 3rd ! Yet when I called they said that was just a place holder & they would put the right date after I sent the pictures I sent the pictures AGAIN immediately & they didn’t do anything, they didn’t reschedule me they didn’t fix anything. They never showed up! & then called asurion and said I refused the visit!! HOW COULD I REFUSE IF THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! All this stress was not worth it! It makes so much more sense to buy a new tv. Asurion needs to get it all the way together and actually provide the service they’re claiming to have, that we pay for. This was horrible & my tv still isn’t fixed. This is literally the Worst “insurance” I’ve ever used everrrrrrrrrr ! The WORST service Ever From these people. The WORST.Service: TV repair

Asurion assigned this company to repair my tv. I call him in July to coordinate the appointment and he did not answer the call. When I finally get him, he tells me that he can't answer me and that I should send him a text with the claim number, so he can call me as soon as he can. 1 month later I still had not received an answer and I decide to call him again and he tells me that he had ordered parts for the TV, without even checking the TV. Today I call him again and he tells me that he could not attend me because he was guiding me, he tells me that I will call him in 1 hour. I call him back and he tells me the same thing. At that moment I complained about all the times I have sent him a message or called him and what he did was hang up the phone in my face
