Steer clear of this company.This guy is a scam artist and a liar.Lied to the service center telling them we refused service and drove away.Needs to be investigated for fraud.Shame on Home Depot and asurion for not vetting this character.0 STARS!!!

This man is the absolute worst... He doesn't call back and never comes to your house to look at the TV just orders parts to your home and never actually comes to fix anything. Directv needs to do better. If I could give this company 0 stars I would've.

Absolutely terrible service! Poor communication, requests information over and over even though it's been provided. Never sent a tech even though we've been trying to get this appliance fixed for weeks.
