Waited for over 30 minutes to get someone to attend me. And then when a banker did, she told she wasn’t authorized to do notaries. Meanwhile another banker who could do it was just sitting there and didn’t even bother to attend. Bad customer service.

Although the teller was nice enough to explain why, but i still don't get how they don't have enough cash for me to withdraw. I wasn't asking for million dollars. Excuse was lame at best (she said it's holiday weekend, so they are running low on cash reserve).

I was lost and called for help in finding this branch. The bank manager and trust officer ( un known to me) patiently helped me find my way! When I arrived I was treated like a long lost friend and was assisted immediately with my transaction . The next day the same Bank Manager called to thank me for choosing their branch. In this day and age such a gift! Now my go to bank.

Understanding storm damage from hurricane, but zero info on potential timing of reopening. Need to provide at least an anticipated reopening date, unreal for those with possessions at the branch that need to be retrieved.

They are closed. We own a small business. We are and have been open since the hurricane. This bank has no concern for its customers.
