The laziest most entitled bank tellers I have ever encountered, they think they can keep acting like that towards customers with no repercussions? Haha, oh so very wrong.

Terrible experience with Kasey...she has an attitude. The other two people next to her are wonderful.

I'm currently working with Wells Fargo's executive office regarding accounts that have apparently disappeared. In 2017, the state seized several accounts after my spouse was arrested and in the seizure, four accounts were included with money that was not fraudulently obtained. After the statute of limitations expired, my spouse filed a pro se motion requesting the release of the funds. The state attorney agreed that the money could be released to any listed owner. My spouse then contacted Wells Fargo and it's been two years since they stopped responding to us. We contacted Walt Buteau from News Channel 8 On Your Side as well and he's also contacted the bank on our behalf. This branch is where the accounts were opened. They have refused to respond to multiple calls and emails regarding the accounts. They've failed to resolve this issue and the BANK itself requested the status of the sum of the $20,000 that was seized. The state attorney promptly responded in SEPTEMBER OF 2020 and told Wells Fargo (again) that the case was closed and the accounts could be released to rightful owners. The most frightening part-and the biggest red flag, in my opinion-is the fact that the account numbers attached to the sum? All four are nonexistent. When a banker at one of our local branches attempted to search for the account numbers, they produced NO results which is "bizarre" per the banker's words. My spouse and our family have lost a decade due to his crime, fraud. I find it alarming that a corporate entity-a bank, nonetheless-is essentially pretending we don't exist when faced with their own employees possibly engaging in the same behavior. If someone allowed a victim of his or someone from our family to withdraw or close the accounts without providing us with notice which is required by law, then we will be pursuing whomever is responsible to the fullest extent of the law. If my spouse was punished for theft then we will ensure the same course of action is taken in this situation.I just received word that this branch is in possession of a certified judge's order with a statement from the state attorney saying the money needs to be released to us. My spouse received the receipt so the order is on a desk somewhere in the office. I hope they do the right thing, otherwise Walt Buteau will actually need that statement because he intends to run the story no matter what. Wells Fargo gets to choose whether it'll be a positive piece or a negative one.Venice is a small town where corruption exists and the Good Ole Boys still pull strings. They cover up when the good guys do wrong and they hide their own skeletons while exposing those in the closets of others.

Casey the manager there is not helpful, and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time I go there it is always an issue, I will no longer be using this branch. Personally or corportately.

This is hands down the best Wells Fargo I've ever been to. Typical me, I pull a bonehead move and get a 10+ day hold on a check that could have been released in a couple of days. Service Manager Kasey Whaley took charge of my mess and guided me through the best case scenario that was possible for this situation. She was super friendly and genuinely cared about my predicament. I have no doubt that her enthusiasm is matched by her employees in this location, but her going above and beyond for me was exceptional. She will be the first and last person I contact if I ever have any issues in the future. I recommend YOU call her if you need help. I owe her big time

Waited an excessive amount of time for the one personal banker on staff who was a notarie, while listening to him chat to the customer in front us (who was setting up a new account) about the banker's grocery shopping preferences as well as his school sports. I addressed the manager as I was leaving since he happened to walk by. He was annoyed that I stopped him and couldn't be bothered to even face me and listen to the issue. The manager did half hearteldy apologize with the qualification that they "try to give everyone a personal experience." Ok, but time is also money and professional behavior for a banker should dictate that you keep personal conversation to a minimum when people have been waiting on you for 40+ minutes. Poorly managed branch.
