Mike was very helpful in a misunderstanding about our new membership. Very good customer service from Mike the manager. He seems to be really making some very good progress with this location. Just got a new membership thinking that I just wanted a refund. Thanks Mike.

Best car wash ever!!Monthly plan with unlimited washes and vacumn, cleaning supplies, towels, fragrances all included!!All this costs less than 2 regular car washes anywhere else!

Friendly staff. Paid for the $20 wash and was told after I paid that I could have bought a monthly plan for the same $20. Anyway, the wash appeared impressive but as soon as I pulled out, I could see that the back window was almost untouched. I had another appointment so I didn't go back to let them know. Later noticed brush marks on the sides of the car as well as the side windows.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! The vacuums are super strong- everything works and is clean. I really like the car mat cleaning system as well. They go well beyond other places- highly recommended!

A young man who’s name is Jacob, that works the tunnel was very polite and very good at his job. I’ve never been to a car wash that has employees real the cars in with a head set on. And I’ve been back several times but now only go on Saturday when I know Jacob is working.keep up the great work and the detail station's are a big +Services: Auto detailing

The Best car wash I have ever been to in the U.S. They offer not only vacuums but they offer towels and all the after care detail sprays to get your vehicle show room ready! Awesome customer service as well.

For starters, Zach At the gate was great very helpful.Out of the four that recently opened in my area I like this one the best.. always spend 45 minutes to an hour semi detailing my truck... All supplies included means I don't have to drive around with this stuff rolling around the back. Awesome idea thank you

By far the best car wash in Venice or surrounding areas. Staff is always friendly when you go there, guy or gal when you enter the car was is always in a good mood and has humor! It’s nice how they complement my car when you go as well! Best car wash I’ve ever been to in my life. If they keep it up like they have since they opened then I’ll never cancel my membership!

I've been going to this car wash for months now, and it has appalled me that a gentleman of the name, "Raymond" has written a 1 star review. I've never even seen a deal like the one he has spoken of. I got on months ago for 19.99, and someone told me about a veteran deal and I've been on that deal. I have to say the wall of spray bottles at each station is really unique. I find them super useful and they don't charge for them. This is a great place. Highly recommend.-Roberto

Waters Car Wash in Venice is my absolute favorite car wash! I just happened upon it one day. It attracted me because of the colors and the crazy whale mouth entrance. But after my first visit I was hooked. The car wash itself is excellent but it is the staff that keeps me coming back. They are so friendly, nice and fun! They make me happy. I recently moved here from Minnesota and found myself one day feeling a little homesick and blue. The first thing that came to my mind was to go to Waters car wash because they makes me happy! Best car wash ever! And my car never looked that shiny! ?? ?

Excellent place, car tge bugs off the front end after driving from Illinois for 3 days. Did the 15 dollar wash. Got the outside spotless. Not like the red pace down Abit farther. Great job. Great people there to help ya out too.
