Dropped off prescription for a walking boot for my wife who was just diagnosed with a severely sprained foot. I said that my wife was in pain and I’d like to wait. Was told not to wait because they had a bunch of paperwork to do to fill the prescription and had to go to lunch. Returned 4 hours later and nothing in the system. They searched for the script, found it, and said whoever accepted it shouldn’t have because they don’t have boots at that store. No call. No empathy. Terrible service. No wonder they’re shutting stores down. Hopefully CVS cares more about their customers.

They really need to train thier pharmacy staff. Usually they tell me they'll have it in 20 mins. Now I'm told I'll be texted when it's ready. I get texted and it's still not ready

Lazy. Been 5 days since I got notified my order was ready. Called advance to check yesterday. They said yes. Went down and they still haven't finished. Says it would take 45 minutes if I wanted to wait.
Last month the pharmacist cancelled my order without asking because she thought my doctor made a mistake.

Terrible experience trying to print photos. No one was available at the printing dept. There was only one employee doing the best they can to check customers out and attempt to assist us as customers began lining up. The self service printing was not user friendly and neither computer worked fully. The touch screen barely worked and the computer wound up crashing on me and I couldn’t get assistance so I walked out.

At the time of writing this they have 2.6 stars. This place is awful especially Rafael (pharmacist) and Danielle (manager)They don’t even acknowledge or care when they have mistreated their customers. They told us that we have to drive home and get a receipt to get a refund that was on my mothers email for some medication because they failed to add the discounts that she has been getting for YEARS. Now we just bought her medicine 30 seconds before we were told to go home and get the receipt. My mother doesn’t always bring her phone out with her. They said the receipt is on her email. So we went home to grab the phone but we didn’t have an email receipt. So we went back to Walgreens they said they can do the refund without the receipt. So they made my 72 year old disabled mother go all the way back to her house to get a receipt she never needed. When I said something about that Rafael said they “the refund was too hard to do in our system” I replied “is it harder than a 72 year old disabled woman having to go fetch a receipt she didn’t need?”He didn’t even acknowledge what I said.He said he wouldn’t respond to me because I wasn’t the one purchasing the prescription. Even though I come there weekly to get my own prescriptions.Even though I’m the one who had to take my mother to get her receipt that she NEVER needed.Truthfully if he would have just acknowledged what I said and apologized I wouldn’t even be here writing this review. He had ZERO remorse ZERO empathy for my mother just trying to get her blood pressure medication. He did not care at all they he wasted both of our times. It took Rafael FIVE MINUTES to do a refund by the way.It took us 15-20 to go get my mothers receipt. The lady Danielle who originally told us we have to go home to get the receipt stated that she can’t leave her shift because she’s stuck dealing with my mother’s problem. RIGHT I FRONT OF MY MOTHER.Whenever we asked a clarification questions to Danielle related to my mothers prescription she acted like a teenager and rolled her eyes and was sarcastic.I’ve already contacted corporate about a prior incident and I will again…

Horrible pharmacy dept. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have to go to Walgreens bc that's what my insurance requires. I have an Rx for a life and death situation that this Walgreens never can seem to fill properly. Last time I went in to refill it, I was told my insurance wouldn't pay for more than one month at a time. This was a lie as I immediately called the insurance company, and they told me they had no problem filling it for 3-months at a time. Additionally, I have a copay assist card that's supposed to cover the remaining (after insurance) cost. This location can't even get that right. I called the Co-pay assist people, and they said they frequently have issues with Walgreens and that I should have the pharmacy staff call them so that the copay assist people could "walk them through it." I suggested that to the Walgreens Pharmacy staff, and I was basically ignored as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Believe me, when it comes to getting my life-saving medication I make it my business to understand how the system works. Walgreens couldn't care less about what the customer says or thinks. I'm forced to stay with them bc of the insurance company requirements. Otherwise, I'd run for the hills to another more capable pharmacy.

They always fill my prescription timely and correctly. I love the phone system that is automated and notifies you when your prescriptions are ready. They have a drive-through so it's very convenient too. I've been in the store and do like the variety of items from goodies to make-up to gifts to some clothing items and much more. The staff is always helpful and kind too.

Just disappointed.Very disappointed.Went to the Walgreens on South trail by the DMV… they never seem to have enough help… just needed 2 cases of water …. This is, by far, the worst Walgreens for customer service, no matter what time you go there…

If it were possible to give a negative star review, I would.I scheduled an appointment with the pharmacy. Filled out the paperwork on line and showed up 15 minutes (815am) early in case there was an issues. Checked in, they handed me paperwork to fill out because they couldn't find the paperwork I did online). Turned it back to them at ~820a and told them I needed to be done by 9am as I had another appointment elsewhere.Come 9am? There was a problem with the paperwork. I asked if I would be seen in the next 5 minutes and was told "If did the paperwork online...".At that point, my time was up and I couldn't waste any more time.Appointments are designed to respect the valuable time of both the customer and the store. I upheld my part of the bargain (showed up on time and ready to go) but the store did not. When I voiced my displeasure, a voice from behind me said that he too had an 830am appointment so it wasn't just me.I am really struggling with whether or not I should stay a customer of Walgreens or find another pharmacy.

The absolute most miserable people work here. Rude and angry and they don't even hide it or try to be polite. Get mental help.

I want to write a positive review because the staff at this pharmacy go above and beyond. This location is my regular spot and I find the pharmacy staff and cashiers here to be friendly and truly have the patience of a SAINT! If there's long lines it's because there's a lot of people in need of medicine. I honestly don't know how the staff manage to keep up with the constant flow of people but they try to help as many and as quickly as possible. Thank you Walgreens staff for all our pharmacy needs!
