This Pet Store has Sharley Atef Bakheet Saleep as their mobile Vet to offer vaccinations. This Vet was extremely rude and was almost an hour late to the clinic! He wasn't even apologetic about being late!l After waiting for over an hour the dogs were all restless so he refused to give the dogs their needed vaccinations. Just a total POS who has no business being a Vet! His excuse was traffic - seriously - this is Venice, FL - there is no traffic! POS!

Bought some guppies first day one died I brought it back water was fine except hard. Would give me refund when I came back when shipment came in she said. Second day second fish died and brought water sample and fish I asked fir refund she says pho's now slightly off (7.5) and it's still got hard water no refund. Her name was Avery. I also called both days for checking if more guppies male and female came in. Both days told yes but there was only 3 biting black males in there second day no new guppies. I've had fish 11 years always had hard water no problems but when fish die off right away always previously given refund. Multiple stores. I also looked up can guppies live in hard water and yes they actually come from hard water. Moral of story avoid this store.

Friendly and helpful staff. Haley is the best and greets my dog by name when we go there. He loves it and so do I ! Thanks Pet Supermarket.

I went into the Pet Supermarket to get some pet food for my yorkie. She has been on the hills food since I got her. She has not been eating lately. She is very fussy. Alex helped me and showed me the ingredients on the hills food (atrocious!!!!) He showed me a new food. We went through the ingredients. He told me what did what and why it was in there. Turns out, he's the store manager. I am so shocked because I have been coming here for years and never had such great help from anyone, let alone the managers. He was knowledgeable and signed me up for the rewards. Will be back in soon.
