Did an internet sale with Venice Toyota on a used vehicle. The sales team I worked with answered all my questions and did everything I asked to verify the vehicle before I drove over from Miami. Got to the dealer late and my salesman, Lance was getting the car prepared. Since it was late, I was the only person there and we did the paperwork quickly. Overall, the experience was awesome! Thanks to Lance and Adrian for the quick deal once at the dealership, and the rest of the sales team for coordinating with me.

We were looking for a reliable used car, as our 16 year old Prius was quickly fading. We were lucky enough to find a used Camry Hybrid at Venice Toyota. Not only that but our salesman Patrick was incredible! He and our finance guy, Eli made the purchasing as painless as possible. I did not buy a car from Venice Toyota but had such a great shopping experience with Collin that I wanted to share. I popped in with my 7 year old son on a Friday evening with a list a vehicles from their website. Collin was considerate of my wants and time and very thoughtful of my son which eased my worry of trying to make a big decision while keeping him occupied. There was no pressure and no rush. Collin was knowledgeable and made great suggestions for vehicles I hadn't considered. I would gladly shop with him again. Thanks Collin!

Thanks to Cheryl we were able to find a Sienna minivan the year and color we asked for by phone. She called us about the one that came in. She has earned our respect and made our wishes come true for our little family of four. We went from a sub-compact roll up window stick shift car, to a minivan that the doors open and close with the push of a button.
