Can't express how grateful I am for the way I was treated. I told Dale the salesman that I just want to test drive and take it home for my wife to see. 10 minutes later I had the keys. I came back from the test drive and told him I had an hour because i had a meeting to get to. He came back with a great deal. I was through finance and car ready to go in an hour. Nothing was pushed down my throat.
Under 2 hours from start to drive out the door. Super happy.

I drove six (6) + hours (round trip from Miami to Venice, FL.) to purchase a 2025 Honda Pilot Elite and I want to tell you, I would not hesitate for one second to do it again. This was the smoothest most gratifying car purchase I have ever made in all my 72+ years. I had the deal finalized over the phone, via text with Josh, beforehand visiting them. I thought he was a regular sales person. Turns out he’s the General Sales Manager, and he never even said anything, acted in the most humble professional manner. The nicest low-key low pressure sales person ever. I should know I’m a salesperson myself for last 51 years. The dealer was super busy, i.e. end of the month August 31 and yet everyone treated me & my wife like Royalty! they knew who I was from when I first walked in! Earl (the car delivery person) has over 30 years with Honda and he knows everything about the car inside out, the nicest person you could ever meet! Explained everything in fine detail. Before I went, I called the day before because I wanted to see the window MSRP sticker and spoke to Kyle within two minutes he texted it to me. Last, but not least Steve the finance guy who also explained everything about extended warranty was great! In summary and fir the record not one of them asked me to do a review. I’m doing this On my own accord because of the most wonderful experience I’ve had.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy or lease a vehicle, Chris, my salesman was wonderful and accommodating (I drove him nuts while deciding which vehicle to lease). He was very patient and very helpful. Tom, the finance guy, was great too. He explained how leasing works and helped me decide which service plan/warrantees to include so the lease will be covered for service the entire 36 months. I highly recommend Venice Honda, they will be my go-to dealership now. I’m decided to lease a 2025 HR-V EX-L. It’s just what I was looking for to replace my 2021 Nissan Rogue (which I loved until I was told the issue I was having would probably be a reoccurring problem instead of finding the cause and fixing it properly). So bye-bye Nissan, Honda has my business now. Many thanks to Chris and Tom for all of their help!
