Swiped my card on the car wash, wouldn’t work but still charged my card $10. Proceeded to use a $5 bill and that worked on the same wash. 1st vacuum, closest to the automatic wash I put $2.00 into just to find that there was no suction on the vacuum. Went to another vacuum and put $1.00 to find the same problem. This used to be the best place to go, but I’m tired of it taking my money at this point. If my $10 isn’t refunded to my card I will be doing a charge back and reporting this facility

Like the other posts said, alot of faulty equipment not labeled and it takes your money and does not work, can't even rinse the car only soap came out. Also 3 vagrants hanging out. Very unsettling, 2 sitting on vacuum area in back in the dark, 1 older one with beard in front kept staring at me and of course came over immediately after I began the loud vacuum and started asking me for a cigarette light, when I told him no he didn't leave he was looking in my van and I had to yell several times no no no get away. This place is UNSAFE

FIRST OF ALL…This is a review of the car wash on 41 across from West Marine and beside O’Reilly Auto Parts!..NOT the car wash on the Island, which is, unfortunately for them, the same NAME!!
Wish I could give this place ZERO stars but app won’t allow?
I charged a deluxe $10 wash on my card and nothing happened!!! No wash, NOTHING!
Called the phone number listed and owner gave me the runaround about meeting me there and never showed! I called and left a message and no response.
Be warned...car wash is screwed up and owner is disreputable!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I don't mean to be harsh but come on now. If you are not going to maintain the business, close it down. Half the vacuums there do not work. The ones that do SUCK. And not in a good way. Skip this one at all costs. Also the Machines steal your money!!

It's okay all the bays were not working so it caused a little back up plus I went after about a week of bad weather so me and everyone else was trying to clean their vehicles

First stall I drove into was not working at all and was not blocked off, second stall took my money but half the settings did not work. I was able to soap my truck up and not rinse it off. Had to run to the drive through wash across the street to not ruin my paint. Won’t be back!

There’s no way to contact management. I called multiple times and never got a response. The only thing this place is good for is the trash cans and half the time they’re overflowing.

Do not use this wash. I tried a credit card payment and when the time was up it would not let me extend during the warning beep. I had to pay for a second full wash. Then the vacuums stole four quarters and did nothing.
