Customer service here is NON existent. Called at 17:55 on 8/2/24 to check up on my Amazon return. At first they ignored the phone call, letting it ring until it went to a fax machine. Called back. 2 rings in and someone picked up and hung up. 3rd call ignored. Went to fax. 4th call was begrudgingly and tersely answered.
Upon explaining the issue, the woman on the other end hung up the moment the clock hit 18:00. No solutions offered.
(When I was dropping off this return, I also watched this same ultra lazy employee spend 15 minutes unsuccessfully looking for a man's mail in his PO BOX. Eventually she tried LISTENING to the customer and checked the correct Po Box and low and behold there was his mail.)
Needless to say I tried calling back after the hangup at 18:00. Numerous times she picked up and hung up.
Will be calling corporate to vigorously complain. In the mean time AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

I tried sending pkg on 4/2 with arrival 4/5 it’s now 4/22. Was told delivery would be there by Friday. I made decision to send ground expecting delivery by Friday. Local staff sent me to corp and corporate sent me back to local store. The mgr just wanted me off the phone. I tried to explain that setting expectations is really important and they didn’t do very well with this. I won’t use this store again. Thankfully we have other options. Terrible customer care!

This location the store manger named Anthony is very rude old guy, same with his employee, I will never send any package in this location anymore. The owner should be aware that most trashy employee works in this location. I have good experience in UPS in every location I been, even they charred double price compare to USPS and FEDEX, I still support this buinese. But after encounter the rude customer service from this location, I will never spend any penny in UPS.

Went to do a return and the women with the long gray ponytail was crabby and rude. The male gentleman that works there is always pleasant. She needs to take a page from his book.

Went into this store several times and I countered rude employees. Ask to ship a package and pay for a return label. Told me I had to use self service on the internet. Went to another UPS store and they were happy to help with the return label.

By far the best UPS store in the area! The staff are personable and helpful, and the store is managed extremely well. Even when it's busy, the associates maintain great attitudes. Anthony is especially amazing and has a wonderful way of interacting with staff.The longest wait time has maybe been 3 minutes; which speaks volumes about their efficiency.The other UPS Stores in Venice don't even compare. The wait time is horrible, and the overall demeanor of the associates is even worse. Which is why I drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this location :)
