Employee 308159 is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient! I will always give up my place in line until I am her next customer. When I forget how to get a return slip on my phone, she politely helps me through that process. I always meet people who prefer her assistance over any other worker. When I had a package to return last Saturday the young man was very nice but gave me wrong information and told me I had to come back next week. When I returned this a.m. and waited for employee 308159 she immediately figured out that the problem was my return was to FedEx! I could have been told that last Saturday and saved me today’s trip. Employee 308159 quickly told me where to find FedEx. She was working solo this morning and there were 6 customers in line when I left. No other employees had bothered to call in saying they would be late or not in at all.
This employee deserves a bonus!!!

Mario and Sarah are TRULY what Customer Service is about.
They go the 2nd mile with you.

The posted hours are wrong. The are closed on Sundays. They are regularly closed other times when their website, hours posted on the door, and voicemail says they should be open.

The staff at this location is so slow. Neither employee seemed to care about the 10 people waiting to be served as they tried to figure out how to mail a package for a lady.
Save time & go to the store at the roundabout!

Excellent customer service at this location. Kiss is a talented, thoughtful, helpful member of your team! I really appreciate her work and kindness.
I visited about 30 minutes prior to closing on a Sunday afternoon, with a large, complex mailing project. No problem. Everything was handled quickly and I received email updates at each step.
Very nicely handled. I'll return to this location anytime I need boxing and shipping services.

Regrettably, my recent encounter with UPS left much to be desired. Despite my efforts to address an issue, the interaction was marred by rudeness from the staff, one of whom abruptly terminated the call without addressing my concerns. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the company's customer service standards but also undermines trust in their ability to resolve issues effectively and courteously.
After reviewing the other 1 star comments on this page. I see that one thing is common with all, the 1 rude older women that works at this store. She hung up on me and others and is incredibly rude. I request actions be done.
