Robert and his team were very professional and personable. Had to go here even when it’s out of my way as I can completely trust them when it comes to international shipping.

Horrible customer service, very rude and they try to get out doing their job by saying we have to package things that clearly say they don't need it on the return. Literally dread going in here, but it is where Amazon assigned me to do my returns. We have complained to corporate and to Amazon and nothing has changed! They need to fire the overweight lady who hates life and maybe the culture of the place will change. The guy/manager isn't all that much better either but he seems to at least try.

I visited this store a few months ago and was treated very rudely by Robert. He was chastising me for not "smiling". He was very passive aggressive even going so far as to shout out 4 or 5 things to me as I was leaving such as, "Have a great day" "Thanks for coming in" "Come back soon", etc. He did this even after I had said "Goodbye" and "Thank you" to him - even though I felt his comments about my mood were uncalled for. He would have had no idea that I was dealing with a very ill granddaughter and was just trying to get my packages mailed.
Fast forward to today, I went into the store and Robert appeared at the counter. I asked him - very politely - if the other girl in the store could help me. She rushed up to the counter and ask what she could do for me. He immediately told her she had to go to the back and take care of a "packing order". I asked him why she could not help me as that was my preference and he repeated she had a "packing order" to do. I then asked Robert for the owner's name and number - he refused to give it to me. He wanted me to leave him MY name and number - no way. I again asked if he had a business card for the owner - he said he did not. Once again, I repeated that I didn't understand why the other girl couldn't help me and he again gave me the lame excuse of a "packing order".
Robert has also been rude to my husband several times because my husband doesn't put the packages on the scale exactly as Robert wants them. My husband is 80 years old and doing the best he can to comply.
I think it should also be noted that a couple of years ago I went into this store and an older man was extremely angry with Robert. He was goading him to come out from behind the counter so that he could fight him. I am the one who called the Sheriff's department on behalf of this employee.
It is clear to me now that Robert is the problem. He is passive aggressive, he is short and even rude with people, and he has no business being at the counter where he deals with the public. He is the one who should be assigned to the back area where he can do "packing orders". I would have loved to have spoken to the owner about this before writing this review, but again, Robert refused to give me his name and number and I was unable to locate it online.

Rarely go here but they have 0 customer service. Management or ownership of this location needs to be replaced. This is not a UPS customer service at all, rude and simply unacceptable.

What a difference from the UPS store down Venice Ave to the west. This store is clean and the people are the nicest. Had quite a few things notarized there. Very helpful. The store westward on Venice by great clips is HORRIBLE. This store here is absolutely awesome.

I rarely take the time to write local business reviews, as I feel people should interact with a business and draw their own conclusions. In this case I feel the need to warn the unsuspecting public.In the course of a simple Amazon return today, there were several errors made during the return process. Having made very few returns, I expected this business to understand the process. They apparently did not, requiring me to return moments later to try to correct the error. Without going into all the employees confusion and rudeness, I had concluded this was no place I wanted to take my business. As I was leaving, I asked if the owner/manager was available. Turns out, she was one of the customer disservice people I had been dealing with. My comment to her (Wendy) was that in spite of several negative comments I had read about this UPS location, I took a chance because it was the closest to my home. When I shared with her that my experience was pretty consistent with the negative comments I had read, her response to me was that “she doesn’t care about her customers.” I was astonished, repeated what I heard, and asked is that what she REALLY meant to say. Her response this time was that “she doesn’t care about her customer’s reviews or comments.” Wow, that pretty much explained everything I experienced in her store, and from her employees. I admit that I don’t handle disrespectful business behavior well, but venture into this store only if you enjoy the courtesy of junk yard dogs. Actually, that would be an insult to the dogs!

Clean, fast, efficient and friendly! Had to ship out a package today, one couple ahead of me being waited on, and immediately another employee came from the back to wait on me. I was in and out of there in less then 5 minutes! Now that's very efficient service. I will be back!

Robert always provides excellent service! I am a mailbox holder and always feel treated well. I think any complaints listed here are just whiny seniors expecting the world on a golden platter! I visited and inquired recently to see about an upcoming parcel of mail I really needed, and Robert offered to give me a call as soon as it appears. Now THAT'S 5-star service as always! Others can kick rocks, if you have a problem with this place, you'd have a problen ANYWHERE!

Rude. Just rude. Not sure why you would work in a people business, and just hate people. They all act like they hate what they’re doing. I will happily travel to another UPS a few miles further. Anger management classes are a good idea….

There's a guy name Robert who has an extremely rude and aggressive attitude at this shop. The fact he can act that way especially as a man speaking to women its very threating how he looks with anger. Instead of saying what you have to pay for he gets angry and nasty and it's literally over tape. I made a complaint to ups and I still haven't heard resolve on it yet and I notice in the comments it's the same issue with the same guy. This store is absolutely awful as long as this guy keeps up his rude attitude, and honestly as long as he works there because it seems the same complaint is being made from different customers and nothing is being done about it.
