Bought this toolbox and had it delivered. Toolbox has a big dent on top and both buttons are dented. They tried to get me to keep it for a discount, but this is going on a 90k truck. I am still dealing with this mess and should not have paid for delivery. The manager said he wheeled it to the delivery driver and did not notice the dent... Typical of todays work force. Details matter! Now I have to stick around for this to be resolved or go to the store. This is the only one they have in stock, so they can't simply exchange it. I'll have to physically go into another store to make sure it's not damaged before purchasing. Word of advice don't get anything delivered that can be damaged.

Tractor Supply is always a fantastic place to shop! I can always count on finding whatever I need, whether it’s tools, outdoor supplies, or pet care items. The staff is super helpful, and the store is well-organized, making it easy to locate everything. It’s become my go-to spot for quality products and great service, no matter what I’m looking for. The variety they offer is unmatched, and the convenience keeps me coming back time and again!

This review is based on an online order. If you desperately need the items don’t believe they have them just because it says so. I used everything I had to purchase feed for my animals online for pick up. Showed everything was in stock and could be ready for pick up within a few hours. I had $33 on my card and spent $32.50 on my order for an hour to go by and get an email stating one item had been cancelled and the other was out of stock and can’t be picked up until 3 days from now. Tractor supply will not issue me a refund until I create a refund ticket, which then it told me it will take 2 buisness days to review my case then an additional 5-7 business days for me to recieve my refund! Now I have .50 cents and can’t feed all my animals today. I am absolutely livid. You shouldn’t charge for items you don’t have especially when a refund takes a week!!!

I called and asked if they had a certain clothing item. I was put on hold for several minutes and then was disconnected. I called back and after several rings was again disconnected. Not a good way to run a business.

DOG wash had NO warm or hot water so my dog was shivering, the floor was pretty much flooded. Thias was first and last visit.

Surely disappointed, I was trying to make sure that the girl at the register scanned the car codes that she needed to charge me for the stuff. She weighed my items then didn’t even put the bolts I paid for in the bag store and the store is closed, I walked out the door. But she was right about doesn’t matter what kind she only needs the weight for the grade of bolt. Sob She didn’t even try to stop me or anything store is closed now I really need the bolts on extremely unhappy.

Best price in the area for propane refill. Paid $14 when everyone else wanted $22+. And you can pay at the refill station. Staff is always pleasant.

I've given this place 4 chances. Here's the latest conversation with the cashier.me... why is there never any hot/warm water available to bathe my dog?cashier... i don't know.me... why is there never any towels either?cashier... i don't knowme... the dyer doesn't blow warm air. is it suppose to have adjustable temp?cashier... i don't knowme... every time I've been in there's clumps of fur everywhere and significant amount of water on floor. Do you not have anybody go in there and check it and clean it up in between people bathing their dogs? Someone to check it every few hours?cashier... i don't knowme... ?At a minimum, for the $10 price, I would expect at least warm water. i will be taking my business elsewhere.

Showed up on a Friday night at 6:30pm to use the pet wash service and was told it was closed because they had to clean it. The store doesn’t close until 8:00pm but the excuse I got was the employees have to close the pet wash early every night so they can leave on time-whatever that means! Sounds like the store is being poorly managed. I will be taking my business somewhere else!!
