Beware...Great carwash unless something happens to your vehicle.I was totally satisfied with a membership to Tommy's until I got some paint damage to my wife's vehicle. My issue was not that the damage happened because it's a machine car wash and that can happen but the customer support after the fact has been horrendous. This happened last December of 2022. As soon as I got home and saw the damage I called immediately, sent them pictures, and followed up by going to the location to give them my information and let them see the damage. They made a claim and had me take the vehicle to go get a quote. All was smooth and standard. After I got the quote for the repair ($500) and gave it to them, I was told they just needed confirmation from the corporate office and I would be able to go ahead and schedule the repair. At this time the manager was a gentleman named Robert...I never heard back from them. I called and called and called. After a couple of months, I got a hold of a new manager named Tai. Tai said he would look into the situation for me. I never got a call back even once. Every time I would get a hold of him to discuss the situation, he was always very kind and courteous but would always say I'll look into it today and call you back tomorrow or later today and never anything. I finally took the vehicle to the repair shop because the damage is getting worse and looks ugly and I'm sick of looking at it. They also said they would reach out to Tommy's, which they did and Tommy's told them they don't have any information on the situation. So after patiently waiting for them to handle the situation for 10 MONTHS, they are now saying sorry we can't find your case so their nothing he can do and it's above his decision-making ability. I'm stuck with a $500 paint repair bill. So incredibly frustrating!

Sneaky, sneaky sneaky… I’m very sure in very small, fine print that it says will automatically renew… But I specifically told the attendant that I did not want to renew… A few months later, $40 a month… I would have gone to Tommy’s exclusively, but now I will never go there again… Try to cancel!… That’s another nightmare…. please do not send a pre-populated response, and saying how concerned you are.

If I could assign a ZERO, I would. The fact that they do not value their clients enough to make sure the interior is vacuumed and dusted ( for almost $40!!!!!) simply doesn't make sense. Why would I spend an ENORMOUS amount of money to get a half done car wash.Definitely will not recommend this business to ANYONE!!!!Have to wonder if the older Florida population will like going somewhere, where the service is just awful.

Starting to go downhill, you’re lucky if you get a vacuum that works well. I have to switch spots every time I go to find a working vacuum.The wash was good when I signed up a few months ago but starting to be mediocre. Brushes look more dirty than usual and leaves a lot of water spots. I’ll give it another month before I decide to leave.

Vacuums weren't great. Not really impressed with the actual wash either. It's 10:20 am and when I asked to use a rag they told me they didn't have any available. It seems like something you'd always have available at a place like this. They don't even have paper towels in the restroom to use instead. Let's just say this place created unnecessary tension. Would not recommend.

Vacuums hardly have suction. If you don't buy all of their upsales they treat you poorly. They wouldn't even allow us to borrow a towel to wipe down the interior. No interior wipes are offered. Very subpar compared to other car washes that cost much less.

Place is a ghost town. This pure GREED these car washes are charging seems to have finally caught up with them! Place is very very expensive for a average (at best!) wash so no one goes there anymore.

I think Tommy’s needs to stop focusing on building new locations and start focusing on maintaining the ones they have. The car wash itself was incredibly rough, and the vacuums are trash. They have hardly any suction. I’d much rather drive up to Sarasota to go to Blu Palm Express.Service: Vacuuming

Just a heads up to everyone if you use Tommy's Car Wash off of 41 across from Lowes in Venice FL, inspect your car for damage across the bottom from the tire shiner at the end of it. I've watched it bounce off of cars in front of me. My car has suffered multiple dents in the bottom rockers on both sides. They will not even try to fix the damage or respond. I will never use this car wash ever again. I even went and filed a report and not even a returned phone call. Very bad business. My car is a well taken care of 2018 Malibu.

Tommy’s is the best car wash I have ever experienced! I normally would never go through anything other than a touch less but took a chance based on the reviews. Our vehicles come out spotless and shiny, but the best part is how fast you can be in and out. I highly recommend prepaying with a subscription via the app.
