The new location for The Joe Factor. I was so sad to hear they were gone from the location next to Detweiler's. I knew they had to be somewhere. I was so happy to find their NEW location and had to check it out before I headed back to WI. Plus, I had to let my mom in Cape Coral know since she had her eye on a few things.

I bought a house in Florida and needed to buy furnishings for this house. It was recommended to me to go to the auction to get the furnishings. I was able to get just about everything for our house there. All of the workers are helping and friendly. I would recommend going in early the day of the auction to get your seat and get it close to the front where Joe is auctioning otherwise you can't here him if you are toward the back.

I went to the Venice auction house with my girlfriend and her daughter and boy can Joe talk fast. Great place to find some great deals!

Building says auction every Thursday at 5:00pm but in actuality, it is every other Thursday and at 4:00 p.m.They do sell full- priced items in their connected furniture store. There is also a connecting grocery store.

We contacted Venice Auction at least 2 weeks ago, sent them pictures of our furniture and they were to come out Monday for pickup. They called 3 days before the pickup and cancelled because the auction didn't go well this week! I think they should have honored the commitment to us. I now have 6 days to find someone to take my furniture before our closing next week. Very unprofessional!

Venice auction used to be the best place. We came this week since then store changed and owners and I was so disappointed. The first 1.5 hours was spent auctioning knickknacks and jewelry. Hope they get back to their regular furniture and quality items
