Absolute WORST service I’ve ever received at a UPS store. Unprofessional. No customer service skills. Motioning for customers to hurry up. Whatever change over happened at this store a few months ago was not a good one. Will take my business elsewhere.

I needed a package overnighted on a Friday for Saturday delivery. It was a product that I was showing at a convention the following Monday. I went into this store and asked them to ship overnight for Saturday delivery. They assured me multiple times overnight savings would get it there. I confirmed that answer with two of their employees. Product didn't get there until Monday afternoon and wasn't presented at the convention. Cost me a lot of possible revenue. When I brought this to their attention after the fact, of course, they don't own the error (manager Toko). This store tries to upcharge on everything. For instance, if your transaction involves an email, they charge an extra dollar for Wi-Fi use. If the package is 9x9, they add an inch to the cost. Worst customer service.

Came in to drop off a few packages and was greeted the moment i walked in and helped by (Samone) (sp?). She was quick to smile and extremely helpful). I was in and out in a tenth of the time expected and couldn’t ask for a better customer experience.

TRUTH. In & out at peak hour in under 12 minutes to get a mailbox. Staff here is efficient with purpose. If you come here unprepared and uninformed, you are the problem. The KARENS complaining everywhere need a life.

I custom made a birthday gift for my mom and needed to send it to the other side of the country. The gift had some delicate pieces on it and being handcrafted it's irreplaceable. This store packaged the gift perfectly! Not a piece was out of place when it got to Montana. I am very pleased and will absolutely use this store again for my shipping needs!

Extremely expensive and no guarantee item is delivered as suggested. My package was 3 days late and they didn’t seem to care at all. Use the post office and save a fortune. I paid $34 for 5 day delivery. Ripped off.

paid an exorbitant amount for 2 day shipping of an envelope ($34+) and the delivery took 5 days. they charge a massive premium for service and don't guarantee anything. use the post office as you're likely much better off!

Walked in with a return package and was greeted by two teenagers. As my wife and I are approaching the counter, one looks us up and down and says to the other “I bet they don’t have a label”. As we got closer, the one teen asks “do you have a label on that”, “no” I replied, I have the UPS digital bar code for scanning - it’s a return. The other kid then starts laughing and said “knew it!”. Then continued to make fun of us for essentially being inadequate by their standards and not having a pre-printed label?My wife spoke up and said that they were being rude and to keep their comments to theirselves. They then began to backtrack and didn’t have much to say after that.I always ship with a prepaid bar code, it’s never been a problem in the past. It’s one of the few ways you can ship with UPS.Apparently at this store, the customer is a problem if you use UPS’s digital bar codes that are sent for returns and don’t have the label pre-printed.Trash store with even trashier employees.
