The UPS Store in Wellen Park is truly the best of the best! I travel frequently and use UPS nationwide. This store is the Best of the Best! Always friendly service. Always staffed appropriately. Always staffed with conscientious and happy and knowledgeable employees! Clean. Organized. State of the Art Automated Return Station. Great Location too! And just look at those smiles! Thank you!

We had a bad experience at this UPS store today, Dec 30, 2025.
We arrived seven minutes before closing, but we were told that Amazon returns are only accepted before 6:00 p.m., so we will have to come back another time to return the remaining Amazon items.
We are very disappointed with such a strict rule and the lack of courtesy in giving customers extra time.

We had an excellent experience at UPS today! We were shipping multiple heavy boxes, and Kendra and Susan were absolutely amazing. They were patient, professional, and went above and beyond — even staying past 6 o’clock to make sure everything was taken care of. Their kindness and dedication made a stressful task so much easier. Tonya is an incredible employee. She apologized for my wait time which could not have been more than five minutes as she juggled people with various issues in record time. She was kind, compassionate (to a gentleman in a wheelchair with an oversized package), polite, friendly, and professional. She is an asset to your organization.

I have been a customer and box holder at this location for over 3 years. In that time, the employees have been super helpful, friendly and professional - every time I walk in the store, I am greeted with shouts of 'hello!, great to see you again!' Tanya, especially, has gone above and beyond. She deeply cares about her store and is seemingly friends with every single person that walks through her doors. I recommend Tanya and her UPS store to everyone that needs help mailing packages, returning items, purchasing postage or, just sticking their head in their door and being greeted enthusiastically! I won't go anywhere else.....
