I was just at this UPS store to return a pkg.
The clerk Shawn (which he told me later) is part owner.
He was sooo helpful plus pleasant and nice.
I suggest anyone needing UPS service, should definitely go there!

This store has nice employees with the exception of one - SUSAN. ALWAYS UNPLEASANT AND RUDE! If she is the only one in the store working, I will leave because I don't want her waiting on me. If other ladies are working, I will wait for one of them to wait on me. This woman has no business interacting with customers!!!

I have gone to this location many times. I have always had an excellent experience. The associates are always helpful, cheerful, and patient. Each visit I generally have several returns for Amazon products. Some of the returns require the UPS associates to package. I’m sure this can become overwhelming because Amazon is so popular. They probably deal with a lot of returns, regardless of that, they are friendly and provide me with 100% excellent customer service! Their store is also very clean, and prices for services are clearly provided on their signs.

I always go to this store and everybody there is very friendly. They are always kind to me and to all the customers, specially Stephanie who treat us like friends and are always smiling ?I have gone to other store in Venice and the people there was so rude, so I really recommend to anyone the store on 4107 Tamiami trl.

Store is very efficient and friendly. It deserves 5 stars; however, I can't read the tracking number's small font which they have no control over. But if no one says anything and barks up the ladder, nothing changes. The front-line of all corporations is "the front-line". If management is not asking, employees must be frustrated. Print this review, and please mail it to headquarters. We all do our part, letting the chips fall as they may.

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION TO SHIP VALUABLE ITEMS!!! Family and I went to Disney this past week. My Son and I both built Light Sabers (Roughly 600$) after buying the premium cases and a couple crystals. We were unable to fit them on the plane so we trusted this UPS location to mail them back to Michigan for us. We paid 120$ to have them shipped. Mail came today and we received a 10x10 inch box with an XFinity Modem in it. NO LIGHTSABERS, Cases or Crystals. The label dimensions were correct, Box should have been almost 4 feet in length. How it wasnt caught is well beyond me, But I am highly upset with UPS as a whole. I will no longer trust them to ship anything of mine from here on out.
