Worst storage unit ever 3 break ins in 2 months and was told I was basically outta luck even tho i pay insurance Shannon never returns calls an mark is a joke I would give a negative 100 dnt rent there u get what u pay for for sure

I have rented trucks, rented storage at both locations and always had a good if not great experience, the employees are very knowledgeable in the uhaul rentals. Also the storage units competitively priced and are clean and accessible thru the assigned codes w4 hours a day. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Ruined my stuff and still trying to charge me. No one ever returns your calls. Since it switched to StorSafe it went down hill drastically. Do not use them at all

Vanessa helped me rent a trailer. She helped hook up trailer and make sure everything was operational even though she was interrupted helping me by two men that apparently don't know how to wait their turn. Vanessa was awesome!!! Thanks again for help!
