We found some really great furniture and accessories for our rental property! Our salesman was Hubie and he was really helpful and patient while we were making our selections. We also got to meet Joe and see some of his collectable cars that were really cool!

The saleswoman followed us all over this store. Each piece of furniture has a price on it. When I finally found the couch that I wanted to purchase she said they wouldn't break up the set. But yet they're trying to liquidate and empty the store. Didn't make sense to me. I went to Ashley furniture store and found the same price.

We just purchased a beautiful set for our lanai from Joes.We had the most amazing young lady help us with our purchase. Dorcas went above and beyond to help us.We needed to rent a small trailer to bring the set back to our home and she called a local rental place for us.She is very positive and just a pleasure to work with.Keep up the good work!!!!

Veterans beware! My daughter and I went during the summer. They have cool stuff and gifts. But the entire time we were followed by a woman staff member. Her vibes were that she was suspicious of us for whatever reason. We ignored it.Then we went to pay. Bought 60 dollars worth of stuff. I asked about veteran/military discount. They said they needed to see my ID for 5% discount. I gave them my drivers license. I wasn’t paying attention and the lady who followed us made a copy of it. Let me inform you that the IRS gives a tax deduction for 10% veteran discount, meanwhile they only give 5%.So my discount of a few dollars off wasn’t worth my identity being stolen.My daughter brought this to my attention as we left. I went back inside and requested that photo copy of my identity back. Meanwhile they had it sitting on the checkout area out in the open for anyone to see. The lady was hesitant at first and then gave it to me only because I gave her my VA ID to copy. Which I shouldn’t of.The whole situation seemed fraudulent. So don’t fall for this Veterans. Do not give them your ID photocopy.

I love going to Joe Factor! They have so many coastal items. You can spend hours there taking all of it in! Most of the staff are very accommodating.....Donna is off-putting, and I feel she needs to work on her approchability. After all Joe she is one of the faces of your business. This is after more than one encounter.

The place is attached to a Detwiliers and it's quaint. The people that work there are a little overbearing. They introduce themselves and say they'll leave you to look around, but every other time we turned around they were right there asking if we had questions. Sometimes we just like to shop in peace and seek out the employee when ready with questions or purchases. It was a bit much.If you like coastal furniture vibes this place has alot of nice pieces. It is final sale and no returns and if there's an issue with your piece after delivered, you're kinda out of luck.(So says the employee we spoke to).It was overall an OK at most experience. I'd given it a higher rating if they had a solid return policy, less overbearing employees and more wiggle room in the pricing of the items.

Absolutely awesome variety of tropical themed furniture and lamp store. Dining room sets sofa sets and bedroom sets and tropical beach themed paintings and wall decor. Great prices! Must see!

First visit and ended up buying a new living room set. Thanks to our salesperson Donna, we found the right furniture for our space and could not be happier. Good selection, knowledgeable, friendly staff and plenty of accessories to complete just about any look.

I have not shopped at this store but the negative reviews I see I must post. In 2020 getting any type of furniture was next to impossible. As for the mask wearing, well people just because you think a mask works doesn't make all of us that way. If you want to wear a mask go for it. Don't bash a company because they don't duck walk to the mask crowd. You do you and leave the rest alone. PS MASK DON'T WORK. Read the science data
