We have worked with few insurance agencies over the past few years. Ted Basto Allstate insurance is by far the best. Emely Barrera is our insurance agent and we felt that we were truly taken care of. When we were on a time crunch she truly prioritized our concerns. They have the best customer service and prices. I highly recommend this company.

I received a postcard in the mail from Baszto at the same time I was researching a new home owner’s insurance policy. I’m so glad I inquired and made the switch from my previous company. Emely Barrera is so wonderful to work with. I’m so happy with her knowledge and customer service. Florida home owners insurance can be a scary thing to deal with since Hurricane Ian and Emely knows how to handle it. I also now have my car insurance through Baszto and I’m so happy with my policy which is better than what I had with my previous company. Thanks Emely!

I transferred my car insurance to Ted Baszto Allstate Insurance six months ago. The transition couldn’t have gone any better. I could not be happier with the customer service from Ted, Lisa and Karen. They are always friendly and extremely helpful and responsive.

AVOID! Received a mailer from them with a bogus quote showing a CHEAP Cabrillo Coastal quote for like $1k. NO WAY! FAKE! TED AND HIS TEAM ARE A SCAM!
