This bank lacks customer focus and refuses to provide proper service. These failures could be due to proper training of tellers. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere for banking services.

This is one of two Truist branches I patronize. Every employee here is well trained and customer service focused. Cherlyn, a banker, was particularly patient with a challenge I had and it was solved in 5 minutes! Easy parking too.

Suntrust was way better overall.Also, every time I go here the ATM never works properly so I end up having to go in and wait in line and is a inconvenience for this time of year with all the people here. I mentioned to them several times about the ATM .. they just shrugged their shoulders.. and its still not working properly and it surely has been 4 months at least. I want an add to this review I see they put a new ATM in the Drive-Thru seems to work great better use that one cuz the other one still not working properly

Worst experience ever with this bank takes forever to do anything the most incompetent people I have ever seen in my life you have to sit in the Drive-Thru for 40 minutes

Bank manager Brittany met with us 2 weeks prior. Processing closing of Mom's old account. She said it would take 24-48 hours to review and she'd call us. My wife left message during same week on Friday. No call back. Left 6 messages following week with NO return calls. Stopped in branch today and sat for 35 minutes waiting to talk to her. She said she needed another piece of paper signed and couldn't close account. Assured me, like 2 weeks ago, that she'd call me back as soon as she received. Try another bank. This one's complete lack of customer service is abundantly evident. There were 10 people waiting and complaining when we were there. What's that tell you? Go elsewhere!

Nothing but problems every time I come here. I miss my bankers in North Carolina who were the most helpful bankers I ever worked with. I loved Suntrust until coming to Florida... and now that its Truist its been even worse. You cant form a relationship with any of the bankers because theres always someone different sitting at the same desk. Maybe its because im under 40, but im a premier customer and still get treated like garbage there This location is the most unhelpful bank ive ever been to. Time for a new bank. Not worth the frustration

I want Suntrust back! Truist is even worse! The merger was a nightmare and they have changed the way things were and caused all kinds of problems!! I was happy with Suntrust for 12 years now I am looking for a new bank..

Truist is the worst thing to happen to suntrust users. their user interface, mobile depositing and overall experience is a living hell to deal with. I will be looking for another place to bank with and will actively deter and promote other banks in the future.

OMG the worst banking experience I have ever had! I stood in line for 25 minutes with only 2 people in front of me & 3 tellers working! I never go into the bank but needed large bills for a cash purchase. Manager nor tellers did not care about us waiting. Teller did not apologize for long wait & was rude. NEVER going into this bank again!

One of the most unfriendly banks in the area. One if the few to be still locked down. Takes a week to make an appointment. Even when open they only want you to get a debit card, have to see a teller to get a deposit slip and safety deposit box entry...make an appointment next week.
