Ordered a pair of shoes online which I loved, but the shoe strings were not right took to my local sketcher store and Aiden helped me and was extremely nice. He got everything straightened out. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any store.

Stand behind shoes. Opened a hole inside of shoe at heel. The man greeting us at the door(probably management) walked us to the shelf and handed us a new pair of pickle ball shoes in the same color! We will never shop any where else. Customers for life. We presently own at least 5 pair in different varieties.
