Sub standard repair. While doing Nice decal work, Shem changed out the brake pads on my Outback. I had a slight clingy noise from my rear wheel. A few weeks later @ Subaru, during inspection, the mechanic found a MISSING Brake spring on my rear wheel.Dangerous for one thing, but a another $98 OOPocket.

Shem and myself designed a wrap for my ski boat. It is so awesome! Every time we go out people tell us they love it! My husband got a fish boat, so of course he got Sign Shark to do his letters and boat name. It looks great! Our neighbor ended up getting his boat done too. Highly recommend this companyThanks Shem

We have used Sign Shark numerous times for everything from trailer and car wraps , window signage to new illuminated sign. Shem and the guys have always been professional with excellent graphics, very fair pricing and great quality! Definitely recommend!

I worked for this company. I worked there for a few months. So many people had quit in the past, that it is unbelievable. I felt bad for him, so I worked very hard and was very upfront with him, because he let me know that all former workers were not as communicative. He told me too many personal, private things about other employees and himself, which was very unprofessional, during work. He was very unprofessional in so many ways. 2 times on my second to last day of employment, he chewed me out infront of customers, for not listening to his instructions. No one could have understood his instructions. He doesn't relay instructions professionally.. I receive a company name from and that was about it. I had to call the owner for every job in order to get instructions for each job. He often spoke with clients to get instructions and gave me nothing no instructions to his employees. How in the world is anyone supposed to accomplish anything like this. His bread and butter is Austin. Without him, the company would not stay afloat. 4 graphic designers quit recently. He only has one left, who does everything. He has no idea how to manage. He only knows how to wrap cars. He talked down to me on many occasions and his reasoning was that he could because he is the boss. He wasted my time on many occasions talking about nonsense while I was trying to work. I spoke with him, because it was obvious that he needed to talk. When I quit, he told him that I talked too much. He was the one who always initiated all conversations. How absurd.He refused to mail my last check. He told me the he wanted to confront me while handing me my last check. Luckily, this never happened. I did get the check.I hope for the best for his few workers that are left. I guess I am writing this to warn future applicants and current employers. I also want customers to understand what is lacking in this particular shop.This guy is incorrigible. He has enough time to respond to my comment, when he should probably be responding to all of the positive comments he luckily had. He has so much time on his hands now, because he can't hold on to any of his employees, except for one. Bless him. I heard that some of his previous employees refused to communicate with him. I wonder why. Probably because of the way he treats employees. He didn't like my work... Fine. I have tons of work now. All I had to do was quit. This job was the biggest waste of my time. Every step of the way was very unprofessional. Best of luck... lol... Good bye!

When I called and started the process to have a large exterior sign for our new business location, Scott was amazing! Communicative, organized and detail oriented. Several weeks later I get a call from Michael he was asking if my permit was submitted and that Scott left and he was overwhelmed with the work load. I felt for the guy and being a business owner understand when things are tough, but there was zero communication. If you tell me you will check on something and call me back, do as you said you would. I called 2x a week checking on what Mike was supposed to do and he never did it or even communicated with me. I then get a call 6 weeks AFTER I think the permit was submitted and they tell me it had not been submitted yet, but they just submitted it for an expedited approval.... Somehow they got it expedited and the permit was issued and the sign was installed. The wrong permit was hung in the window, and they said they would email the correct one a week ago, and nothing yet! Yes I got my sign installed in 8 weeks and it looks great, but they need to learn communication, and if you say you are doing something and will call or email, do it!
