What with all that fancy futuristic stuff in the lobby? I don’t like it. Also I was there for a reason to check on my intake of Eliquis, blood thinner by Dr Maun. Why is your tech acting like a car dealer asking me which one on the list I wanted? I am not a medical doctor! Also I think you are way overcharging me for the blood work and my co pay is wat too high. You are sending me to a poorhouse! I will recommend to others to try LabCorp. I thinking that you are putting profit over/above the patient’s well being!Mark Suffridge

I was lucky to have Andrew as my phlebotomist! He was conscientious and the blood draw was painless. The office / company: the appointment I set up was not found in the system when I arrived, but I was able to request one for the same time when signing in.

The male technician jammed the needle into my arm like I was made of cowhide. I'm an old lady. A little gentleness goes a long way. The blood vessel is now swollen, hard, and black and blue. Heading to Sarasota next time I need blood drawn.

Made appointment online, checked-in at kiosk with no issues. Was able to be seen quickly for testing ordered by my doctor.Technician/specialist was friendly, no issues, will be coming back here to have testing or bloodwork done.

I had a wonderful experience today with Yuliya at the Pinebrook location. She was so patient and very thorough! We had great conversation and she made me feel at ease the entire appointment. She ensured my samples were safe, sealed and ready to go, and she didn’t have to. She was very kind and I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes to see her, I got right in and had a scheduled appointment. I would come back here again for any bloodwork or labs, Yuliya didn’t miss the vein and didn’t cause ANY pain whatsoever. True professional. Thanks Yuliya! Bless you!

Horrible service , took my husband there for lab work and they were soooooo uncooperative beyond belief , first they said the lab work Rx from the doctor is missing codes so we asked if they could call the doctors office , her (Barbara)response was they are out to lunch so i called and they answered right away and they said they will fax the missing info right away which they did but Barbara from quest said it's too late we won't be able to do it and i should go to onother Lab Quest even though it was 2pm , very lazy person that didn't want to botherThen she went inside and never came out to give me the fax that was sent to them so i could go somewhere else but instead she sent onother lady Julia to tell us to leaveThen a third lady came out to tell us to leave because they are closing . I asked the to email me the fax and they refused . What a way to treat people they all ganged up on me like angry ....This was the most inconsiderate group of employees that i ever had to deal withIam a health care worker and i will never treat people like that .I just went to another Lab Quest and they said the Rx was complete and it wasn't missing anything and they were very very nice , got everything done in 10 min time

horrible place in Venice Florida to talk to a human to find our why it takes over a week for lab results...no way to communicate whether additional insurance info needed or if they lost results...very dissapointed

I will not return to quest labs at all. I do not care if this is where my insurance wants me to go. I will not return. I went to the quest at the Walmart in Venice and the lady that works There is rude, rude rude.so I came to the quest on E. Venice Ave. today as a walk-in but I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what but she said walkins could have a 2 to 3 hour or more wait and she said their electronic system is not working right, their fax is not working so I just got up and left and I will go to the Millenium lab on 41 and Center Road and I used to get in and out of there within 10 minutes as a walk-in . Quest needs to get their act together number one in hiring people that are not rude and getting enough people there to work there that you don’t have to sit there for four hours waiting to get your blood drawn and you can’t get an appointment so much impossible. What a joke.

I had a pretty good experience. The place is very new and clean. Staff were kind and helpful. There were some delays, but nothing terrible. My only real criticism is that they don't have any apple juice, snacks, etc. for you after a blood draw. I know it's not blood donation, but that would still be nice.

Twice I have been there recently and twice their internet was down delaying the process. Both times people were sent home without being tested

Had a bad experience here with staff had to drop off 24 hr test also had a appt. She comes out and says we can’t take your test our internet is down.What a joke went to quest at Walmart toke me right in.Will never visit this location again. Have been coming here for 10 years. They are not very accommodating and don’t care about the patients. All about them.

Difficult office to find once you get in the building. There is no receptionist! Two computers only. One for walk-ins and one for people with appt. All touch screen. You must scan your photo ID front and back. Then you sit down and wait. It didn’t take long but a woman came out and said “Jean”. I walked through the door and she pointed to the chair and said “sit there.” Then asked me 20 questions. She took my blood pressure and then my blood. I have quite a bump and a bruise. In all of this she never told me her name or did anything to welcome me. It was all completely impersonal. And at the end she said “you’re done”. Not my lab of choice ever again.

Very cold, impersonal and disappointing. No receptionist to greet you. Technician didn't introduce herself. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Did I mention that there is no receptionist and you have to go to the computer to check yourself in?

Very fast service and the staff were super friendly. But don’t think you can show up late and expect to be seen, they have a schedule to keep folks!
