Great staff, love BOGO every week. More grocery stores should implement BOGO instead of coupons or digital coupons. Prices are good, quality of food is great. The sub sandwich's are all great.

The staff at this Publix Pharmacy is caring, helpful, and friendly. They have auto-refill and let me know when my prescriptions are ready which I find convenient. Great Service!

I have been shopping at Publix for 40 years. My wife and I have raised four kids. All four are adults. We have always shopped at Publix. I can’t possibly imagine the money I have spent. We have shopped at the Jacaranda Commons store since it opened. My entire family will never shop there again. This is why. My son in law went to the store today to return some baby formula they received from a family member as a gift. It was not the brand they have been using. He had the receipt. He just wanted to exchange it for the brand they use. The managers got together and said no. They said it was purchased from a Publix too far away. So disappointed. Publix used to be known for service.

I picked up my script tonight and was pleasantly surprised by the new Pharmacy manager Shelby. NOthing against the former manager but this young lady is just what is Needed in Retail. She is sooo personable and asked me about my Tetanus shot. I am impressed with her wonderful and caring attitude

My former pharmacies over decades, driven largely by what my health insurance covered at the time, were Walgreen's and CVS. However, when I found that my new plan included Publix, I decided to give it a try to lessen the stops in my usual shopping rounds. I was not expecting too much but have been impressed in their capabilities, see no reason now to go back to CVS or Walgreen's (though I hold nothing against these stores). Complete capabilities, good hours, compounding pharmacy by mail, delivery if desired, vaccines, friendly service as others have noted. Recommend serious consideration for your pharmacy needs, especially if you already do grocery shopping there.

This Publix no longer offers disinfectant wipes for the shopping carts, when asked why the reply was because they caught people stealing them. If that is their concern over the welfare of their customers, then I think that says a lot about what they value. Money, greed, over the welfare of the general public.

So friendly! I switched my pharmacy from CVS to Publix and I’m so glad that I did. They’re patient, helpful, and have my prescriptions ready on time always! Thank you :)

Horrible service!!! Was berated for calling in an order to the deli. Then when I was connected with a manager he basically made every excuse for the extremely rude service. No apology though. There are other Publix in the area I will never again trust this one in particular!!!!

Allowing pets to ride in grocery carts. GROCERY carts. It's disgusting

Pros and cons- Pros: great organic and gluten free selection. Clean store. Great deli choices. Super friendly service. Good deals. Great pre-made pizza dough and cheese cakes. Cons: Meat is over price. The fish section always smells like rotten fish and ammonia. The public chocolate chips cookies are beyond disgusting. When I looked at the ingredients to see why they didn't even taste like traditional chocolate chip coooes one of the ingredients was artificial flavor. Very strange.

Sydney was my cashier at the Publix in the Jacaranda Commons Shopping Center. She had a bagger as well. Both employees were engaged in a conversation with the customer ahead of me about a movie on Netflix. This caused a delay in me getting my order rung up, since I had to wait an extra amount of time for her order to be completed. Once the customers order was complete, the conversation was still going on and my order had not been started. Finally, after seeing that I was not happy with the situation, the customer left and she started ringing. No apology was made to me. Both the cashier and bagger started laughing with each other, making gestures & faces as well. I explained to them they were being very unprofessional. They said they were talking about the movie & at this point the courtesy desk girl got in on the situation as well since the checkout lane was at that end of the store. I have shopped there many times & have never had anything like this occur. I believe a refresher course in customer etiquette would be very helpful.
