So I go into PNC Bank here in Venice, which is the only branch within 100 miles being sarcastic of Port Charlotte. I went to cash a check from someone who owed me money in the bank charged me $14 to cash an $800 check they charge 2% of the total amount of your check. If you’re not a member, whatever happened to customer service and doing your job where someone would have to pay to cash a check to get their hard-earned money out of the bank. What you’re doing is wrong. And I hope everybody that looks up. PNC Bank realizes what crocs they are the teller. Michelle was very very nice. I felt very bad for her that these dirtbags that make up these rules that she hast to tell customers I’m gonna steal your hard earned money because my bank makes me do that as part of my job and she hast to deal with people, but the people that make the rules set up in their offices, letting the workera take all the heat for their greed good job PNC Bank you should be ashamed of yourselves you use Americans you don’t help them

Friendly and knowledgeable tellers. Outstanding service. I used PNC for my banking for over 40 years for all aspects of banking services.

I love this bank but….the wait line for the drive through is absolutely ridiculous, always. Then, their atm is down to do your banking and have go to the drive through and wait in the ridiculous line for 10 minutes. I would give them 5 stars but for this.

We went in to start a business account and Michela Armato-Barone helped us immediately. She was very accommodating, explained the whole process and was very pleasant to work with. During our time, an angry, rude client walked in causing a scene, even walked into the office we were in and interrupted our session. The problem he was having wasn't the banks issue or anything they could help with, it was an insurance issue. His demeanor made everyone uncomfortable, however, Michela handled the whole situation very well and shut him down professionally and quickly. You can tell she really cares about the customers, her workers and her job. Seems like a lot of negative comments are based on things the workers don't have the authority to do. I overheard many workers who were nothing but polite and our experience was above and beyond. This is our first business account and it was the best experience we could ask for. I feel really bad for the workers who had to deal with that guy who was a complete j*** and anyone else who is similar. Thanks so much for all your help.

The absolute worst bank. We waited in line for an hour (with only 4 cars in front of us) and this happens every time we come here (maybe 2 to 3 times a month)On top of this we finally get to window and after waiting a few minutes before anyone greeted us we where told we need to fill in a deposit slip so we did even though EVERY single time we have been here we never had to do that. The account number is on the back of the check and the teller gave us a hard time about not filling it in and that it’s “not her job”

If I could give the tellers and Managers at this bank a zero Rating I would. They Are all extremely rude, nasty, Inconsiderate unprofessional bankers I have ever met! I am closing my account there! Literally my money pays for their job and they are so so nasty.

Terrible customer service. Rude from the first interaction. Kathy is a bitter woman that needs to find a new job not working with people. Never had so much trouble just trying to get a bank statement printed.

I dread it when the atm is down because I can’t bear the interactions with all of the bitter women that work inside the bank! (Except the sweet younger woman who does customer banking)! I understand that they have to deal with a lot of negative people but smile your way through it and SMILE at someone who smiles at you! The air is so thick with negativity! Yuck! Just quit and work from home or something!

Its a good bank until you go inside to the tellers. Two tellers couldnt decide how to deposit a simple two party check. Finally deciding they could not accept it because they needed both parties present. Not for cash, just a simple deposit. Smh!

Don't go there to the inside unless you have 30 minutes to waste. The slowest service I've ever seen. The excuse is probably the pandemic. I'll drive past there the next time to another branch.

Just a horrible experience, they want to treat you like competition just to cash a check on a family members account they have had for 20 years or more just because my name was not on it. And charge $120 to cash a check. Then they told me they wont do it because they rather keep the money for their customers. PNC back is no good. Go to a credit union not a big bank that took billions of our tax money to survive to then deny you service.
