I took my car in for an oil change, and I was given a free inspection. If it was not for that inspection, I would not know how dangerous my back tires and alignment were. Thankfully, the crew at. JSN auto found the problem. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I am so grateful Joe and Dominic were able to have the crew fix it in a timely manner, thank you JSN and the crew for taking care of this dangerous issue for me . I would not be taking my car any place else!

I have been a long time customer here, and always receive top drawer service. I really like it that they send you photos of what they find, and let you know which things need to be done right away, and the things that can wait, but will eventually need attention. My car runs like a champ, and they also replaced the old, disgusting liner under the hood, which looks fantastic. 100% recommend.

Very poor service. A 2 hour project turned into 3 days. Never let me know that they were going to be keeping my truck overnight let alone a few days. Almost no communication at all with me. They also did try to sell extra service that made absolutely no sense. I talked to other mechanics, and they said they never heard of that. I feel that they over charged me for being a young person, and 660 is too much for a 2 hour job.

I have had cars serviced at this shop 2 times before and have always received excellent service at the best price. This last time I went in with an overheated engine and they took my car in right away. It turned out to be a blown head gasket, which I couldn’t afford to repair. Joe and also mechanic Brian went above and beyond with their kindness and explanation in a situation that was stressful for me. They didn’t charge me for the diagnostic and were very helpful. They are kind, fair professionals and I highly recommend this auto repair shop to everyone.

Joe went above and beyond and getting my RV new tires and ready In one day. I usually go to the JSN on the island but Tim referred me over to 41 as he thought they would have a better chance of fitting me in. One phone call and Joe was on it. Thank you all!
