The one star is for the grooming department. Brought our dog in and they did exactly the opposite of what we asked for. We only wanted a trim and they shaved her. We can see her skin! We told them a 4F length and its more like a 1F!!!. Would never take our pets to Petco again for grooming. The store and it's employees are great, but would never get a grooming any longer there.

Just wanted to give a compliment to employee Paige who had great customer service. I stopped in with an issue with my pet. She took me to the area I needed and recommended the correct spray for me. She was very polite,answered my questions, and I left confident that I had come to the right pet store. Thank you Paige for your help with my little dog.
