Cheryl is fantastic. She only takes one dog at a time, uses organic products that smell amazing, and is so gentle and caring. I highly recommend her.

Cheryl is amazing! My fur baby is always happy to see her. She takes one dog at a time to give her undivided attention. She uses great products no chemicals and I love that my fur baby never gets put in a cage!

I have been a client for over 2 years. I have had nothing but a great experience with Cheryl and so has my baby yorkie. My fur baby is always happy and healthy after her visit . Cheryl loves dogs !!! At every visit she asks if there is anything different I want done or if there is any new health issues. I chose her because she doesn't use the neck noose that most groomers use where the dog cannot sit without being choked. She uses a sling that is more comfortable for the dogs, especially older dogs. She uses a large play area for just my fur baby when she is done. As the owner of Paw Print Essentials, she does all the grooming there . She was tired of other groomers not preforming to her standards. I am in shock that there could be any bad reviews for PawPrint Essentials. Her own fur baby always looked beautiful . Not a hair out of place, and always happy as is mine after her visit.

Excellent grooming service. Our dog only lets a handful of people touch him and come close and they built that trust right away.

No Words , Read other reviews they are good to start but then have no business ethics at all , nor do they care about your dog .

After going to Paw Print Essentials for approximately 2 years I was let go as a client. I dropped my cockapoo off for his appointment and I received my schedule for the next 9 months. When I returned 2.5 hours later, I was told they cannot groom him anymore. The reason was because he was too matted and it's too hard on him and the owner. I thoroughly brushed him before going in. His beard was matted because I couldn't get him in for 2 months, other than that, he was not matted. This is disappointing because I'm a responsible client, keep my appointments, take good care of my dog, and always leave a tip. Being let go as a client was NOT WARRANTED.

We have been going to paw print for 5+ years. We have never once missed an appt or do a no call no show. We book out months to get in. We just had a Baby and we are getting ready for the holiday ( thanksgiving) I get a call to confirm our appt as usual, i answer and say we should be good for our appt and if we have an issue to let her know by 8pm that night. There was no issue , we were planning on going to our appt. so I didn’t call. I wake up to a voicemail that she has filled our spot and canceled our appt. I am a business owner, I would never just cancel one of my LOYAL & regular clients appts when they have not even had the chance to show up yet!!! I’m so upset and hurt. As we loved taking our fur babies there.

Cheryl takes care of Wookie as if he were her own. She is prompt and prices are very reasonable. She really cares about the cleanliness of the salon for the safety of the pets and that is so appreciated.

I am a snowbird in Venice and have had my dog groomed there many times for several years. I called to make an appointment for the end of January when I would arrive in Venice and was told they would not be able to accept her as a client any more because I wasn't a "regular". The last appointment I had with them was canceled by them and before that they were closed because of the COVID virus. How can I be a "regular" if they are not open for service. If this is how they treat their customers I would not want to be a customer of theirs. I always recommended them to others, but not any more. Loyalty is not one of their priorities. I can understand that they are not accepting new customers, but I am not a new customers. As of now I am not worthy of being one of their customers ever. This is very disappointing to me.

I have been to at least 3 groomers in the past & thought they were O.K. However each one had cut my little guys skin so I switched to another. it happened 3 or more times. Last one he had to be taken to their Vet.
