How to lose a long time customer, 101:
Walked up to the print counter at 7:45 after emailing a print order, 3 pages, b&w, 1 copy of one, 5 copies of another, 50 copies of the last. Nothing fancy. One customer being waited on who came in just ahead of me. Patiently waited 15 minutes while the girl helped him. Other employee finds my email and prints out one copy of each. I point out instructions in email as to # of copies I needed. He brings girl over and she says I'll have to come back tomorrow. Closing time. So for a couple more minutes of her time I'm told to come back tomorrow. Sorry.

Steve in printing is a lifesaver! He has helped us several times with my husbands business mailers and posters in the past but today I would have missed an important deadline if it had not been for his help. Thank you!

Advertises 20 minute turn around to print a document. 24 hours later still waiting in a third party customer service app to find out why it takes over a day to print a 3 page text document. Last time I will use their business for anything.

I wanted to specifically mention that the store manage today, Allison, was extremely helpful. Store was understaffed & busy. Allison took the time to double check for a product that she was able to find for me. Additionally she "sold" me on a Business Select discount program that saved money. Good for Office Depot & good for my business. 5 stars Allison.

I have been a long-time customer of Office Depot. The store is always well stocked and the associates are knowledgable and accessible. I used to be a Staples customer but don't shop there anymore because their associates do not care and do not know anything about the stock or products.

Needed print cartridges in an emergency. Shelf card listed them as out of stock, but I asked sales person to do a stock check, which she did and found four cartridges in inventory in the back and brought them up to me and saved the day. A great example of what customer service should be.
