Owner is rude to people who aren’t from there. Dont bring your kids in there, she doesn’t want them touching the toys and complains out loud. Wish she was nicer bc she has a lot of cute stuff, regardless I still supported her business, didn’t even get a thank you.

One of the most well stocked children's boutiques and toy stores in the area. There is NO way one can walk in here and not smile. The store can be easily manuvered with small children and strollers in mind. Staff is pleasant and super friendly.

Went to this shop this past weekend as tourist we knew stuff would be over priced in shops but this shop was outrageous. My daughter wanted a baby doll and it was $70.00. My mom did end up buying my daughter a small $35.00 stuffed animal just because it was so disappointing. While looking in this store my son ( who is one) had picked up a tiny stuffed animal and I put it back within a minute from when he grabbed it and the store clerk looked really mad and grabbed the animal off the shelf and started dramatically cleaning it and sanitizing it. Not that it was a big deal but it definitely made you feel unwanted and not comfortable bringing children in this store.

This place is a tourist trap for people shopping for their grandkids. VERY OVERPRICED for mediocre quality and aging inventory. Locals don’t shop here and you shouldn’t either. Also, their return policy is in store credit only, even if the tags are still on and the product isn’t used—so make sure you have the right size for your grandchild if purchasing clothes.

This place is a tourist trap! Overpriced for mediocre quality and aging inventory. Their return policy is also extreme--in store credit even if tags are on and product is unused--so make sure to have the perfect fit for your grandchild or little one or you'll have an overpriced donation on your hands. Their customer service is also extremely lacking. I will not shop here again because there's nothing worth the price.

Cutest lil shop. We had questions about a scooter and the person working there took time to explain all about these cute scooters.We will be back to buy goodies for our grandkids. I love this store! If I was able to give this store a higher star rating I would!!More stores need to take notice of what customer service looks like through this shops example!

I am a new local children's book author. I looked at their website, It sounded like it would be a perfect fit for my book The Journey of the Wee Shell. Especially as "Nana" and her little grandson go on a beach adventure together. The manager asked me to leave the book, I did. I contacted them 2-days later and was told they were not interest at this time. That's fine, but I saw no reason to be rude. I naively asked why, "The store is named Nana's Place and the story is about Nana and her grandson." The manager rudely told me she didn't read it "wait for the other salesperson," who was on the phone for the longest time. I decided to just leave as she never acknowledged that I was waiting for her. I have shopped their for many years and I would have continued to do so even without them selling my book. But I wouldn't subject myself to rudeness.

We were in town visiting my in-laws & were told to check out Nana's. Absolutely amazing store with a variety of kids aged toys. Donna was such a great help with picking out toys for our two year old. A truly wonderful experience overall & hope to see her next time we're here!

5 stars! As a grandmother of 7, I frequent this wonderful store for children! Not only is it stocked with everything imaginable to make your child smile, it is a pleasure for the adults to shop in a store that employs staff that is patient, courteous and welcoming! Quality goods, quality staff....

I love Nana’s Children Shop, the Staff was nothing but helpful and courteous! I’m glad in these times with COVID that masks are mandatory for adults entering the store and my little granddaughter was having a bad day I couldn’t get her to keep her mask on, since she was 3 they were very kind about it! We found her great things a awesome toy! I am telling all of my friends about Nana’s!

Whenever I need a gift for my grandchildren I can find something unique at Nana's. Puzzles, games, creative art kits and more. Helpful people there make the shopping a pleasure.

I spent $200 in the shop and bought 4 outfits for grandchildren in Minnesota. I asked if I could return if didn’t fit and she said yes within 30 days. My grandsons outfit didn’t fit right and the romper kept coming unsnapped while wearing first time. I returned with receipt within 2 weeks and tags and the owner would not exchange or return. The sales clerk said she didn’t see anything wrong with it. Very disappointed in the customer service. Will not shop here again.
