I love my Journey Zoomer Folding Chair! I bought one last April and it's so easy to use and gets me where I need to go. A couple of weeks ago I flew to Kentucky for my Grandaughters graduation. I always bring my chair with me. Well, due to an unfortunate circumstance, one of the airlines I flew on damaged my Journey Zoomer Folding Power Chair. So I called Stephanie.Stephanie Donaldson's customer service is outstanding! She went above and beyone to help me get my Journey Zoomer Folding Chair replaced. Her positive attiude and professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile was greatly appreciated! Thank you again Stephanie!

Keith was the technician who came to my parents' assisted living facility to diagnose a situation with their mobility scooter. Keith was able to identify and rectify the problem. He was exceptionally friendly and professional. He took the time to make sure my parents understood how to charge and keep the scooter in correct working order.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Donna and Scott at the Venice store. Both of them gave excellent customer service to me and went above and beyond my concerns and helped with having to place an order for my needs. Donna even made arrangements for the product to be delivered to my home. What could have been a troublesome process was efficient and served my needs. I would definitely use this store again. Stephanie at the Venice Sore is amazing. If you need help with an of their products she is a whiz. Previously a full size light wheelchair was purchased there with her help and still works great. Recently we were in need of a lightweight wheelchair and sought out Ms. Stephanie and she was still working there. We walked/rode out with a Journey Light wheel battery operated wheelchair and my husband was on his way on the airplane to NJ for a trade show after injuring his knee. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and fun to work with. Do not hesitate using this store and asking for Stephanie.

My husband and I were visiting friends in Venice Florida when my husband had a medical crisis. We needed to get oxygen in a quick and timely manner before returning home. Stephanie was absolutely amazing in her response to our need and was active with the doctor's office to get us an inogen oxygen machine. When we arrived we were running short of time as she took care of us immediately, informed us how the machine worked and sent us on our way relieve that we had purchased the right equipment for my health needs. Great job, great company, Stephanie did an excellent job. Thank you very much, Gordon and Becky.

Very disappointed in the runaround, tried to buy a three wheeled walker that is advertised on their website. They don't have it in the store, they will search their other stores then let me know(we were needing it way before my husband's hip) said they would call the end of that week, didn't hear anything then I called after not hearing anything all the following week still looking call as soon as we get one in that was November. Thanks a lot
