Pros: 1. Lots of employees to assist you. 2. Huge selections Cons: 1. Prices are higher than Home Depot competition 2. Although there were plenty of employees, the man I spoke with was sarcastic and never asked if he could help me.

By far one me of the biggest garden section in a Lowe's I have ever seen and the do not hover over u here at the SELF checkout like they do in Osprey it's almost suffocating in Osprey . Terry in the garden dept at Lowe's in Osprey is not the kindest and easy agitated , which makes me not wanna go to that location any more it's just a mess in Osprey . This Lowe's gets a 5 star and I will be coming here although it's 6 more min out of the way the entire over all experience is chill here Thankyou to everyone at the VENICE Lowe's u make me feel comfortable and easy to shop for what my home needs

The cabinet service is the worst in this place, I do not recommend it at all, do not make cabinets here

I placed an order for a cabinet approximately two months ago, they did not fulfill the delivery order and when it arrived I spent an hour in the store because they did not know where it was, SURPRISE, they made the wrong cabinet when I even brought the sample, it is the worst experience I have had in a store.

Shopping for a Rivnut setting tool. Website says it is available in store. Employees could not find it and do not know the difference between a rivnut and a rivet. Very frustrating. Off to Home Depot or many even Amazon.

Bad customer service ... People don't speak English, hard to understand,.. ended up wasting a bunch of my time. Time to call corporate, There was not even a manager on duty. April 23rd 8:00 p.m....

Paid for windows almost 2 years ago. The job still isn't done. The first set of installers incorrectly installed a door (this was confirmed by pgt the manufacturer). The second crew continues to schedule and not show up. Over and over and over and over again. Do not use the install service!!!!!!!!!!!

Today we received exceptional help from a woman at the pro desk. Not having a way to get sheetrock home was a problem for us. She showed us how to get it delivered and saved us $80 by the time we left. All the while she coached a less than capable colleague. Really well done. . .On the slight downside, it seems like each store is laid out differently, so I spend a lot of time figuring out how to navigate each. And I've been going to them for decades
