I have been waiting for a callback from the manager Wendy since Wednesday the 16th today is Friday the 18th and still no response. I was told she was in a meeting on Wednesday and would call me after her meeting. That is a long meeting.

When an appointment was made to pick up the APAP machine from Lincare, there was info given on how to operate and take care of it, but nothing disclosed about the costs I would incur. Most all medical places will take my medical info and know if it will be fully covered, if not, they will let me know what my portion will be. Linecare DID NOT do this. So, to my surprise, I received multiple bills from Carecentrix (Linecare's billing company), basically, stating I have to pay for everything out of pocket. I feel strongly that people have a right to know what cost will be for anything before purchasing. *I feel ripped off! I have called Carecentrix twice asking for the document with my signature giving approval for theses charges. The say they have nothing to do with it and to contact Lincare who lined up the product for me. I have called Linecare maybe 8-12 times, with them stating it is Carecentrix's problem and to contact them. I asked to speak to a supervisor and no one calls me. I did this four times. This is bad business practices. I have conceded to give up, and I just paid the bill. I was ripped off. If I could give a zero I would. May, 2025

I stopped in with my bipap machine without an appointment as I was not aware one was needed. The very nice woman at the front desk did a courtesy check up for me immediately and made some adjustments and gave me solid advice. It's good to know there are still companies with quality customer service

I HAVE BEEN ON PHONE HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR 2 DAYS IN A ROW. THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE. A SWITCH BOARD OPERATOR FINALLY TOOK THE CALL AND WAS NO HELP... I TOLD HER THAT THIS IS THE SECOND DAY IN A ROW THEY HAVE PROMISED A CALL BACK BUT THEY NEVER CALL. SHE HUNG UP ON ME!

I have had issues with this company from day one. Getting a good fit and dererming which mask was very difficult and the person doing the fitting was not pleasant. Records were to be transferred to Pa. but weren’t. Pa said stick with Fl. which I did. In the beginning I received many calls about supplies . Saw my physician 6 weeks after receiving and using equipment. I didn’t get calls about supplies so I called to order and was told I needed to see my physician. I did see him. He said he wasn’t aware he had to send in another report. Bottom line the doctor called them. I waited several days and was told they had t received report. They called doc for report and now I must wait 6 days and call again. They said the first report was not satisfactory and they needed another doctor visit. Only problem is no one informed me or my doctor. I have to hold the mask with my hand at night since the strap is broken. To bad for me, I have to wait. Don’t use LINCARE. You will be sent from person to person, put on hold way to long, and yes, even disconnected, knowledge is priceless.
