I HAVE BEEN ON PHONE HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR 2 DAYS IN A ROW. THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE. A SWITCH BOARD OPERATOR FINALLY TOOK THE CALL AND WAS NO HELP... I TOLD HER THAT THIS IS THE SECOND DAY IN A ROW THEY HAVE PROMISED A CALL BACK BUT THEY NEVER CALL. SHE HUNG UP ON ME!

I have had issues with this company from day one. Getting a good fit and dererming which mask was very difficult and the person doing the fitting was not pleasant. Records were to be transferred to Pa. but weren’t. Pa said stick with Fl. which I did. In the beginning I received many calls about supplies . Saw my physician 6 weeks after receiving and using equipment. I didn’t get calls about supplies so I called to order and was told I needed to see my physician. I did see him. He said he wasn’t aware he had to send in another report. Bottom line the doctor called them. I waited several days and was told they had t received report. They called doc for report and now I must wait 6 days and call again. They said the first report was not satisfactory and they needed another doctor visit. Only problem is no one informed me or my doctor. I have to hold the mask with my hand at night since the strap is broken. To bad for me, I have to wait. Don’t use LINCARE. You will be sent from person to person, put on hold way to long, and yes, even disconnected, knowledge is priceless.

My service has been the tops. My representative, David, is the best. If I call for service, he's here that day or next day latest. He's an asset to the company. My supplies are mailed and arrive the next day. I would recommend Lincare to anyone who uses oxygen.

I want to thank service person Chris for taking good care of all my oxygen supplies. He has always answered any questions concerning the equipment and even suggested alternate ways of using them. He is kind and considerate of our health needs. He is a big asset to your company.

I have found the Venice location to be very helpful but if you r attempting to contact their billing dept. plan on being on hold indefinitely. I hung up after being on hold for over an hour . I guess that I will have to go there directly to find out why they hit my bank account for a very large withdrawal

From the very beginning this has been trouble. Staff was irritable and rude. The cpap was new to me and the resp therapist was not helpful unless it was signing up for recurring expensive supplies.The instruction and setup for my cpap was terrible, I have tried to contact them and holding is the only option. I get recurring bills, supplies that dont make sense. I would recommend any other company besides lincare. Billing is a debacle. Lincare, please let me know how to contact you?

Customer service is awful!! Tried calling to order CPAP supplies and it was like pulling teeth with the agent to get info on how and where to send info to start ordering. I finally hung up. They must not need business as she seemed very uninterested. Maybe she works from home because it sounded like she was eating and I interrupted her breakfast.
