Simply the best. I have used alot of computer "experts" for both hardware and software issued, from the familiar "brand" services to small individual :geeks". Most of them have been "O.K." but charge a lot and explain very little. Sean is the best. Not only does he fix the issue but he communicates as much or as little as you want and does it in laymen's terms so that you understand what went wrong, how to avoid it, or what to watch out for. He is easy going, pleasant, most accessible "geek" you can find and most reasonable in pricing. On top of that he does the best VHS and sound conversions around.

Sean over at LED Impressions has been my go-to guy for over 10 years now. In my line of work I have run into numerous challenges when it comes to getting the right type of lighting for a specific application. Sean always goes above and beyond to find solutions that have not only met my clients expectations but have far exceeded them.I remember one client in particular who had a very complex fluorescent lighting system that they were not at all happy with. For a variety of reasons, they had been told by other lighting companies that a conversion to an LED setup pould not be practical or cost effective. I took the challenge to Sean and not only did he overcome the technical challenges, he also insured that the change over to LED would be of significant cost savings to my client. Obviously my clients were quite happy. I can't recommend this business enough.

Initially I was happy with the installation. But, had a problem with one of the lights and after speaking with Sean once, with a promise to fix it was never fixed. I've called and left many-many messages since without getting the courtesy of a return call. I've emailed and have not gotten a response. I would recommend against doing business with this company.
