I was communicating with Marc Ambrose from Kimal lumber regarding a truss design and he was so unprofessional and rude. I have been talking to a lot of truss companies and was never treated the way he treated me, as if I was stupid. Simply due to this I will not be choosing this company. Please hire people with more human kindness and compassion.

After 45 yearrs in construction I can honestly say this is the most unorganized supplier I have EVER dealt with. I ordered a simple glass door for the pantry and after NUMEROURS MISSED delivery dates, 10 months later we still do not have it. It is ALWAYS scheduled to arrive NEXT WEEK. The follow up is non existent and they could care less about the customer. I would think ANY supplier would be better than dealing with continued misinformation and lack of follow up. I would use curtains before having to deal with Kimal Lumber. It would be great if someone in the company actually responded and did something other than say it is arriving "Next Week". That does not work after 4 months.

Had my last delivery here. Got in about 30 minutes early and they were great about it. They got me in and out quickly and everyone of the staff were really kind and helpful. Would gladly deliver here again!

The installers at Kimal Doors were spectacular. The initial installer placed my new hurricane grade glass insert in the door and cleaned the glass. As he was cleaning the glass he noticed a bubble in the glass and said the glass needs replaced. Two weeks later the new glass arrived and the installer replaced the glass, asked me to inspect it. Both of the installers - initially and the replacement were very professional. They cleaned up the debris from the installation before they left. So happy we went with a local company. I will send all my friends and neighbors to Kimal. Very nice job.

I dont know how they make any money? I contacted them by phone for all new Anderson impact windows and they never got back to me. Several weeks later we just walked in the store and worked with a representative. I gave them all the dementions, we picked out styles, options, color. They gave us a card and a catalog and said they would contact us when they had a quote pulled together. It's been over 4 weeks with no response. We ended up buying our windows for the entire house somewhere else. If their sales tactics are any indication of how they do business then I could not imagine how bad warranty and customer service is!
