This is my favorite jewelry store around. I don’t frequent any others anymore! Joe is so genuine, helpful, and consistent. The client service is unmatched. I have purchased many estate pieces from Kerri’s, and gotten a few repairs done here as well. I’ve never left unhappy, and unlike other jewelers in the area, I can go in and Joe will be so helpful and kind, i may leave without making a decision or purchase that day, and he’s happy to see me and treat me the same when i come back.Thats invaluable in a Jeweler, makes me a lifelong customer. Id recommend them to anyone. Thank you Joe!

I took my earrings to replace a small diamond and also my wedding ring for repair. I am very impressed with the quality of work. Not to mention, the cost is very reasonable compared to the charges that other jewelers would normally charge.Joe, the owner, is professional, honest and super friendly. I highly recommend them.I will definitely go back again.Please check them out and support the local business.

We took my wife's wedding ring in for repair of prongs holding the diamond and surrounding rubies. Joe was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave us a price much lower than chain jewelry store estimate. Work was done in 3 days, instead of 2 week estimate from other store. So glad we found this place. Also, if you're interested in Beach or Florida themed jewelry, this is the place to go.

Fantastic customer service. Joe told me so much about my ring that I never knew about when I had my diamond reset at a jewelry store up north. I feel that I was taken by this person since it was during covid. Joe cleaned and checked out my ring and it looked new. He even complimented how beautiful it looked even though he would never recommend the setting that the original jeweler talked me into. Great job and thank you so very muchI will be back

I cannot say how thankful I am. My fiancé bought me an engagement ring (that I had picked out) from Jared’s and it was a lab made opal and just after a year it looked awful. I was embarrassed to show people. There was no big jewelry store markup. I went on vacation to Venice with my mom and stopped in to find a new gem for my ring and was not disappointed at all. The customer service was impeccable and he even completed my ring a day early. It turned out a million times better than I ever could’ve imagined. Thank you a million and one times.

I’ve taken my jewelry to Kerri’s Jewels and Gems twice for repairs, trade ins, and to sell jewelry. What a beautiful store! Each visit I received patience, professionalism, courtesy, and fair pricing. Joe, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work I had requested. A very pleasant experience.
