I purchased over $400 in flexseal products on 9/23. We discovered they were not suitable for the intended purpose. We had not 1 but 2 hurricanes go over our home so I have been delayed till 10/22 to return. Upon arrival there are probably 20 signs saying no hurricane returns. These signs were definitely not up when purchased. This ACE is taking advantage of the community .I will never shop at ACE again nor will my business.

I had a terrible experience at a local ACE store today. I purchased a propane gas tank yesterday afternoon for my friends and former neighbors who are still without power and cell phone connection following Milton. Turns out my friends have been flooded with propane gas tanks so I brought the item back. Aparently this is a “hurricane” item that this ACE store does not accept back. Moreover, they were so incredibly rude. Told me that next time I should read the policy that they just posted on the door and the counter (they don’t accept hurricane items as returns) and even offered to keep the item without giving me back $72…. “We can keep it if you want, we just cannot give you your money back”, they tell me. I don‘t remember if I ever had worse customer experience. They were actually having fun being rude to me… Disgusting… I will never set foot in ANY ACE stores ever again. As much as I like to support local business, this one is absolutely not one of them!

After a few years of going to this ACE for a variety of reasons, I just have to say how consistently helpful and nice everyone has been here... everytime!! Thank for for always making it a delightful experience to shop here!

Just plain and simple their customer service is terrible. I walk in and was ignored by two staff members. I then wait in line to speak to an employee and he walked off and ignored me. What is going on at this location?

You guys started selling sifter made out of a pizza pan and noodle.... If you check facebook you can make them for 4 dollars....and you guys a selling them for 24? What a rip off

HORRIBLE experience with the staffI encountered an angry boomer as a sales person. He argued with me on checking inventory on an item and told me I don't know what I'm doing.Then sales clerk behind counter kept telling me the app is no good and not to pay attention to it. All I was asking for is to check their physical inventory to confirm it's stock status. Finally had to go to another store.Realize it's difficult to find employees but....hiring angry people that don't understand your systems is more detrimentalI'll never go back there and suggest anyone else finds another Ace there are plenty of them in the area!!

Worst Service Ever. Racist, extremely racist. Not sure if everyone, but at the store today were a Redhead guy who apparently is the one who cut, program and reset key fob. Ironically manager Mike told me yesterday to stop by today at 2pm. When I went, without even pronouncing one word that guy was already saying he can't help me in the most rude and disrespectful way. I tried to explain what I was there for but, literally, he did NOT let me talk.If you want a business to be successful, you can't that type of people working for you. Feels so sorry for him, I can get service anywhere else, but he will be miserable and upset every single day, specially with all the diversity of people Hispanic, Chinese or even living around here in Venice. Shame on you Guys.

Twice now I’ve tried to buy something at this store and received terrible customer service at the register. I had a very nice gentleman help me find what I was looking for, but when I checked out the item rang up $13.99 instead of $6.99. When she didn’t believe me, I took a picture of the price label to show her. She told me there are new people and it must have been labeled wrong (throwing team members under the bus not a good brand culture). I asked if she would honor the price, but she said she is not allowed to (now throwing management under the bus). Even Walmart takes responsibility and empowers employees to address low $ mislabeled items.
