i made a pickup request online and received a email verification. the agreed pickup time came and gone. i called, first they did not find my confirmed pickup, then the guy said habitat rescheduled my pickup time but did not contact me. now the second pickup time came and gone. how disappointing.

I was shopping today at 10:00 am, and the sale sign on the wall said all clothing was $1.00. I took my purchases to the checkout, was charged $1.00 each, and had to buy another bag for $4 in order to get the discount. (I already have several, but I gladly buy their bags all the time.) Good deal so far. Then MARK, the cashier, got the same story from the lady behind me in line, and told her he would let her slide this time. Hmm. Ok. No $4 bag for her. So two hours later, I returned to buy more clothing. I went to the checkout and was informed that the sale no longer applied. I explained that I was there only two hours ago, and asked what happened. The cashier next to him said she would honor the discount for me. MARK told her not to “dare” give me the sale price. I asked why. He said they were a charity and were there to make money. Then he walked off and left the other cashiers standing there. Isn’t everything Habitat is selling something that they received for free?! I’m happy to pay whatever they ask, but that cashier was so rude, I will never return. There are too many other thrifts to shop at that are polite and non confrontational. It was very upsetting.

My wife did a lot of shopping because earlier in the day the clothes were on sale. Then they arbitrarily changed the prices mid-day and would not honor the sale. Mark behind the checkout counter was extremely rude to her. We have spent Thousands of dollars there over the years. NO MORE

Clean, great products and prices, love this place would visit again! Got a beautiful vintage dresser and side table, and several pieces of vintage serving ware that fit beautifully in my decor. I'll definitely be visiting again to see if I can complete the collection :)

I got a very good deal on a brand new couch set at one of these but that was almost 10 years ago. I was very excited to visit one, especially in Florida. Unfortunately, I was very let down. The prices for the used furniture are way high. Along with many other things. There are some things here and there that were a good deal but most of it was highly overpriced. Especially for the shape most of the things were in. I understand this is a place where you really have to look, which I usually enjoy doing, but this was a huge bummer. I'd be better off checking out a salvation army or even craigslist. Sad to see, but at least I know now.

Absolutely the worst service you can find. I called this company and spoke with Tracy. Upon having the movers arrive they were extremely rude stating they refuse to pick up the item. Will never use this company again

Drove from Cape Coral Monday June 20th to visit this store in hopes of finding a few peices of furniture and drop some off. There was a hand written sighn "Sorry closed for Juneteenth" This is not a national holiday and this company has an obligation to be available.

Fabulous place to pick up furniture. Great prices! Staff is helpful with getting items into your car. I was there on a day when buying a Restore bag = a discount on my purchase. Check this place out before buying new. Plus, it's good for the Earth. ?

Always try to shop where your purchase will benefit people or animals who need our help. This store has beautiful sofas and furniture to furnish your home. Plus anything else you may need. Purchase one of their shopping bags and bring it with you each time you shop to get 50 per cent off one item.
