This is a good stop if you are thrifting through the area. I would say that the shelves are generally sparser than other thrift stores I have been to. However, when the shelves are more filled, I find that the prices on small items and clothing are on the higher end. The furniture here is more affordable but hit or miss. A good stop and the staff are kind. I don’t usually find this store to be understaffed.

This place has a lot of overstock in the store. Not many good things that i could wear. There might be some gems but when you see so much of the same thing it can tire you

We are regular shoppers here and usually find the staff friendly and helpful. Not today. The store was almost empty and we wanted to see something at treasure island. We waited for a while and made eye contact with Alice who was organizing hangers. Then after it was clear she wasn’t coming we said excuse me can we look at something. Alice said yes I will be right there. Then continues another five minutes so we ring the bell. Again Alice says she will come right away. Still no. More organizing of hangers. So instead of selling something to people patiently waiting we need to organize the hangers? Just gave up and left.

I also was fussed at for sitting down. I then moved to the shoe area to sit on the "try on" bench that no one was using or needed. I was told to stand up again. This is ridiculous. I've donated many things over the years and don't appreciate being treated like that. For an organization that relies on donations, they need to be more considerate of their customers.

Goodwill prices are at or above retail and it's ridiculous for used items.

Store was busy and a few gentlemen were sitting on some of the chairs in the furniture area. One of the employees snapped at them stating "No sitting on the furniture, we can't sell it if you are sitting on it". First of all, everything is donated to them. And, their prices are outrageous. They do not have any place for men to sit while their wives shop. Horrible

When our wives are spending money in your store and you tell us husbands we can't sit and wait for them. Old furniture and we can't wait for our wives while they shop. Furniture you didn't even have to buy! SHAME ON YOU! Wives weren't happy about this either. One thing a "retirement area" Goodwill should understand. The woman's husbands are normally with them. I can assure you we won't be returning to this Goodwill.

Very disappointing experience. Felt like a waste of time. Prices were too high. Every time I found an item, it was priced higher than online. Almost everything was damaged. No protection for the buyer.

I was very unhappy with the merchandise at this goodwill. It was very cheap and cheesy the clothes anyway. I did not find anything I even wanted to try on I've been to most of the Goodwills in Bradenton and Venice and Nokomis and Sarasota and this was the worst one I've been to hate it

Enjoyed my stroll thru this Goodwill. They had a lot of good clothing and decor stuff. Definitely need lots of time to look thru all the goods. Definitely recommend checking out this store.

Okay I gave one star because everything in the store is great that's for the people that work here are very rude and obnoxious I cannot believe I have been going to Goodwills all over Florida for over 20 years to say that this is the worst customer service attitude I have ever seen in the history of Florida. Good stuff just horrible and rude employees. They need to RESTAFF.......
